(b)The terms “President-elect” and “Vice President-elect” as used in
this section shall mean such persons as are the apparent successful
candidates for the offices of President and Vice President,
respectively, as ascertained from the results of the general elections
held to determine the electors of President and Vice President in
accordance with title 3, United States Code, sections 1 and 2. The

9-65.200 - Threats Against the President and Successors to the
Presidency; Threats Against Former Presidents; and Certain Other Secret
Service Protectees
The Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division has
supervisory authority over 18 U.S.C. §§ 871 and 879 cases. As great
caution must be taken in matters relating to the security of the persons
protected by 18 U.S.C. § 871, United States Attorneys are encouraged to
consult with the Counterterrorism Section (CTS) of the National Security
Division when they have doubts on the prosecutive merit of a case. For
the same reason, dismissal of complaints under 18 U.S.C. § 871, when the
defendant is in custody under the Mental Incompetency Statutes (18
U.S.C. §§ 4244, 4246), requires approval from CTS. In other cases,
United States Attorneys must consult prior to dismissing a count

It's called "strategic planning". Something that "Tampon Tim" repeatedly
shirked participation therein. Not that he could have contributed much
anyway. He's a wuss, and not a smart one at that.

Nah, its not a threat: its simply humiliating 'Scout' for his attempt
to try to downplay the caliber.

In any event, the saga of the popular civilian adoption of the AR is an
interesting one, particularly in light of how little the DoD pays for
them relative to how much they retail for in the civilian market...

....and that's despite how the MIL contracts has significantly higher QA
and testing expenses in their manufacturing overhead.

It comes down to marketing hype for a profitable product, just like how
automakers push SUVs because they're more profitable for them too.

object, do? You think that parked car is just sitting their waiting to
get close enough so it can kill you? You think cars kill people on
purpose?

If you have a medical emergency, stop reading, log off, and dial 911!

Depends on what you call "evidence", Headley. We know that masses
accelerate together, and we can measure & predict the acceleration;
however, we don't know why it's so. You can't show me a piece of
gravity.

Whenever guns proliferate, gun violence also proliferates; however,
you refuse to accept that fact as "evidence".

BTW, which of my points (above) do you challenge as lacking evidence?
As I recall, my only assertion is "the Donald was an *obvious* draft
dodger during the Vietnam War" which is as obvious as... well...
gravity. The rest of it (veterans will vote for Walz) is just my
opinion. (We'll certainly find out come November, won't we?)

You're evading the point, because you know your support of guns is evil.

Women will vote overwhelmingly for Harris.
A significant slice of the Republican base will either vote for Harris or not
vote at all.
Educated Americans will vote for her.
The suburbs will vote for her.
She'll have the black vote, most of the Hispanic vote and most of the Asian
vote.
Indians are the second largest immigrant group in the US after Mexicans. Georgia
alone, won by Biden with 12,000 vote, has 72,000 eligible Indian-Americans.

White males are the ONLY demographic Trump is winning and there aren't enough of
you to counter every other demographic in America.

That would require a massive landslide that also too the MAGAs in Congress with
it. There seems to be some attention to Congress but I expect most of that
campaigning will be done at the local level closer to the election.

Harris has pointed out that Putin and Kim are rooting for Trump because he can
be easily manipulated. Just flatter him a bit and you can get him to do what
you want. You don't even have to keep your word because he doesn't keep his.

Doesn't matter: a poor value product is still a poor value product.

So? The point is that there's a large bunch of fools who pay too much.

So then if they're so harmless, you're saying that you're also willing
to take the same risk of being hit by a few rounds...right?

After all, you've defended the claim that "its just a fancy .22!" /s

What you're trying to get people to believe is that a CSM was notified
by DA HQ of the deployment *before* the Unit Commander was notified.

Are you really sure that that's the hill you want to die on?
