Kamala Harris was on CNN on Wednesday night, answering questions from
voters in a town hall with Anderson Cooper.

Harris went full-on into her current "Hitler" talking point. Even Cooper
noted that people aren't buying this.

But that didn't stop Kamala from going all in. She also called President
Donald Trump a fascist as well.

She seemed to forget he already was in office and didn't govern like a
"fascist" at all, particularly not compared to Biden-Harris.

Harris also lied about Trump wanting to terminate the Constitution. He
never said that. What he said was having a fraudulent election works to
terminate the Constitution and we don't want that.

She knows that. But she continues to lie.

Harris also lied about police officers being killed on Jan. 6.

One of the main problems people have with her is prices being high. In
response to questions about prices, she took no responsibility for how
her own votes for more spending drove up inflation and blamed "price
gouging."

She didn't say she would stop spending so much, which is what drove up
inflation to begin with. Indeed, she's promised more giveaways, so
inflation is likely to increase under her.

Her answer to how she would be different from Biden was still a
rambling, indecipherable mess — basically, "I bring a new generation of
leadership."

Yes, and what the heck does that mean?

That got to the biggest point in some ways of the night: You're in
office now, so why haven't you fixed things already? Her answer was
another word salad.

"I'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done
that need to be done," she yammered.

Yes. We know. Why didn't you do them? She just can't answer that.

Then, she also gave a clue that she would be attacking norms like the
filibuster in order to codify Roe.

Does she not understand the distinctions between the Senate and the
House and that the question was about the House?

She also attacked SCOTUS and made it clear that she thought SCOTUS
should be "reformed' because of their decisions.

Cooper asked about her raising her hand in the prior race in 2020,
saying she wanted to decriminalize border crossing. Then she claimed
something stunning in response: that she never intended what she
said/did then and never would allow a border that was unsecured.

What? It's unsecured NOW. It's been unsecured the whole time she's been
occupying the office, largely because of the administration's own
actions. What an insane comment to make about that when people can
readily see the complete mess that it's been.

Perhaps one of her funniest answers was where she appeared to admit she
has a problem answering questions but tries to chalk it up to wanting to
research answers and being a "nerd."

she closed the deal.

The talking heads like Anderson Cooper have grown tired of being made fools of
by asking softball questions and feeding answers to what is probably one of the
least qualified persons to run for POTUS.

At CNN, these vain hosts who are in love with themselves are seeing their
salaries cut and the potential for their careers to go down the drain so at this point
it's a matter of self preservation. IOW, it's you or me Kamala.

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- A 56-year-old St. Paul man faces robbery and kidnapping charges after he allegedly carjacked a woman from Arden Hills and forced her to withdraw $1,500 from her debit and credit cards.

Charging documents say that the woman parked her car in a garage on the 3900 block of Northwoods Drive in Arden Hills on Sept. 13. A man - identified as Raphael Nunn - approached her with a gun and forced her back into her car and made her drive to Minneapolis.

At a Wells Fargo on Franklin Avenue, he allegedly forced her to withdraw $1,000 from a debit card and $500 from a credit card and then told her to drive him to Matthews Park in the Seward neighborhood.

At the park, he made her leave her phone and key fob in the car, but said he was going to drive the car to the other side of the park, where he would leave it. The woman later found the car unoccupied and called the police, charges state.

Surveillance video from Cedar Food & Grill allegedly shows Nunn getting out of the woman's vehicle and buying a bottle of soda from the store. He then came back on Saturday in a separate vehicle, wearing the same shirt as the day of the kidnapping, charging documents say.

He was arrested on the 2600 block of 29th Avenue East. Prosecutors requested to set his bail at $750,000.

Nunn has felony convictions from 17 previous incidents dating as far back as 1983.

Two former Penn State football players facing felony rape charges are free on bond while they await their next hearing.

Kaveion Allen Keys and Jameial James Lyons, both 19, are accused of raping a 17-year-old Penn State student at their on-campus apartment in early July. A second student who was present that night said she awoke with her pants removed and that Lyons "digitally penetrated" her, according to the criminal complaint.

Penn State coach James Franklin declined to answer questions about the charges against Lyons and Keys following practice Wednesday.

Both players were placed on interim suspension over the summer to deal with what Penn State officials called a "personal matter." By early August, both were removed from the roster. Franklin has declined to discuss their statuses.

They were arraigned Wednesday by District Judge Don Hahn, who set Keys' bail at $400,000 and Lyons' at $500,000. Keys and Lyons were not required to post bail unless they violate bail conditions. Their next hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

According to the complaint, Keys denied knowing "Victim 1" and engaging in sexual contact with any of the women in the apartment that night.

Lyons, according to the complaint, acknowledged having sex with Victim 1 and said he had Keys' cellphone during the encounter, although he denied making a video recording. Lyons said the sex with Victim 1 was consensual but added that he believed Victim 1 would "likely report the situation to the police," the complaint read.

Both Lyons and Keys' cellphones were examined. A short video showing "indecent contact" with Victim 1 was found on Keys' camera roll, according to police. There also was a witness, referred to in the complaint as Witness 1, who was in the apartment that night.

Keys was charged with forcible rape (first-degree felony), sexual assault (second-degree felony), aggravated assault without consent (second-degree felony) and indecent assault without consent (second-degree misdemeanor).

Lyons was charged with forcible rape (first-degree felony), voluntary deviate sexual intercourse (second-degree felony), aggravated assault without consent (second-degree felony), indecent assault without consent (second-degree misdemeanor) and invasion of privacy (second-degree misdemeanor).

A Lynchburg man accused of raping a child in September 2020 was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday.

William Howard Strange, 40, appeared in Lynchburg Circuit Court on Tuesday for a plea hearing with his attorney Brad Lindsay, where he pleaded guilty to one count of rape of a child. Two other charges brought against Strange, including indecent exposure and indecent liberties with a child under 15, were dropped.

According to Lynchburg Commonwealth's Attorney Bethany Harrison, Strange was at an apartment in the City of Lynchburg in September 2020 with multiple children inside.

According to Harrison, Strange engaged in a lewd conversation with one of the children, 12, and eventually showed the child a picture of his genitalia and asked if the child liked it.

Later, Strange asked the other child in the room to leave and he began raping the 12-year-old, Harrison said. The commonwealth's attorney said Strange "overpowered" the child.

According to Harrison, DNA found on the child was used to connect Strange to the rape, saying out of all the world's population, Strange "could not be eliminated" as the source of the DNA found on the child.

Lynchburg Circuit Court Judge J. Frederick Watson sentenced Strange to an active sentence of 20 years, with a number of stipulations following his release, including good behavior for life, no contact with the child, three years' probation and GPS monitoring upon his release and barring him from being within 100 feet of schools, day cares and other public settings where children could be.

ROCKLAND - A man was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel in Rockland being used to house migrants.

Cory Alvarez, 26, was arraigned Thursday on one count of aggravated rape of a child. He's being held without bail pending the outcome of a dangerousness hearing next week. Alvarez's defense attorney said he came here from Haiti and is part of the migrant system.

It happened Wednesday evening at the Comfort Inn on Hingham Street. The Plymouth County District Attorney said Alvarez and the victim both lived there.

Police said the person working at the front desk called 911 to report a disabled 15-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted. The victim, who speaks French Creole, told police through translators that Alvarez raped her in his room while she was getting help with an app on her tablet. She told police she told Alvarez to leave her alone but he didn't stop.

The girl was taken to South Shore Hospital for treatment.

"I am absolutely appalled by the incident that took place in Rockland today. Above all, my heartfelt sympathies extend to the young girl who has reportedly been subjected to abuse. The Commonwealth has failed this young girl," said State Rep. David DeCoste (R-Norwell) in a statement.

Alvarez was ordered to surrender his passport and have no contact with the girl while in custody.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A Crafton man is facing 219 charges. He is accused of raping an unconscious girl multiple times.

Anthony Fletcher, 37, is facing multiple charges including child porn, rape, and sexual assault.

This comes after he was already accused of putting a hidden camera in a youth center in Canonsburg, Washington County.

State Police were investigating Fletcher for child porn when they found images of an unconscious girl and a man performing sexual acts on her. Fletcher allegedly admitted to it being him and a girl he knows.

"The charges against my client that were previously leveled were very serious. These are even more serious," Fletcher's attorney David Shrager said.

Fletcher was already facing child porn and invasion of privacy charges in Washington County.

Police said he hid a camera in the bathroom of the Armory Youth Center in Canonsburg and filmed girls taking off their clothes. Shrager is fighting those claims.

"My client maintains his innocence. I'll be addressing those charges and it's going to be quite some time before we have a complete and final resolution," Shrager told KDKA.

In the latest criminal complaint, state police say they found 43 video on Fletcher's devices showing him performing sex acts on a girl. Troopers said the victim was unconscious as she was not responding to touch and could be heard snoring.

Shrager said these charges are new and his office is just starting their investigation.

"So new that we haven't even gotten to that conversation yet. Just a little bit and we're going to have to do something in depth in order for me to act intelligently on those facts," Shrager said.

Court papers said the victim, who is now 20 years old, told police she did not know about the assaults.

She identified herself and Fletcher in videos. Based on details in the videos, she gave a timeline of 2013-2021 for the alleged assaults.

"My client has never been in trouble before he faithfully served in the military and he's anxious to have his day in court," Shrager said.

Fletcher is still in the Allegheny County Jail. He was denied bail. He has a formal arraignment scheduled in September.

By Wayne Thomas, Staff Writer A Tullahoma man has been arrested on rape charges. Cornelius Lorenzo McEwen, 20, of West Warren Street, was arrested Dec. 2 by campus police at MTSU while he attended a basketball game at the school.

McEwen is a former basketball player at Motlow College. He was arrested on a warrant obtained by Tullahoma Police Detective Rana Pawlowski that alleges that on Oct. 2 McEwen raped an 18-year-old female at a residence on Wilson Avenue. The warrant alleges that McEwen asked the victim for a “ride and to hang out with her and her roommate.” While at the Wilson Avenue residence McEwen allegedly made advances toward the victim. The warrant alleges that the victim got up and left the room and went to sleep on the couch. That is where he allegedly raped her. McEwen was booked into the Coffee County Jail under a bond of $25,000 and is to appear in Coffee County General Sessions Court Dec. 21. It is the policy of the Times to not release the names of alleged rape victims.
