Now, this race had a rather sophisticated shielding technogology, and they were
so reliant on it that they practically did not need any weapons.

protect their females from corruption as well. This worked well for several years
up to couple of decades.

Then an adversary advanced in spiritual forcefield shielding technology first hit
the shield generator's power unit. While the unit was repaired, by misfortunate
accident almost all of the females found the opportunity to corrupt themselves,
becoming also extremely gullible.

The shield generator architect had learned about one unspoiled due to the birth
defect blemish, but as soon as the Corruptors figured that out, they persuaded her
to mass sexual "preparations", making her believe that this way she will become
more worthy for the architect.

After that did not work, she threw herself from the fifth floor's balcony. But as the
shield generator was off and malfunctioning, it is possible that the dark forcefield
threw her through the window down into the yard. The people under the shielding unit
became rather unresistant to the dark forcefields.

Eventually, the girl survived, but the moral damage was greater than the fall from the
fifth floor, so the shield architect never heard of her until many years later, when
she joined a spiritual repair community, but something just wasn't right - it was still
not the exact same unspoiled girl.

The Founders decided to gradually decrease the strength of the forcefield for the imminent
collapse of all shielding technology, so their natural immunity to dark forcefields and
telekinetic and telepathic technologies and power forcefield would gradually increase.

Apparently, the infiltrated members of the species 6566 left behind some devices and
their members that could sabotage shielding at any time in the future, so the shielding
technology was gradually phased out.

Initially, the motivated adversary sabotaged the shield generator for various exploits,

obviously guided from a member or collaborateur of theirs within the shield
