Not strictly conclusively. You could be mistaken, one could have snuck in
there when you were not watching, one could in fact be there _right now_.

I'd say that you would make a stronger claim by saying that you can
logically prove a negative such as for instance, there is no gorilla of
specified size in your microwave due to the laws of physics. But that is
not scientific proof, just a tautology that follows from the premises.

But once the gorilla is seen, and documented, it is proven to at least
have existed forever.

Ok, ok, for the philosophical fans out there, you could always argue
eternal and supreme doubt, but that leads nowhere which is why it is not
taken seriously in academic circles.
