thread “late Beltane attempt/crone moon”. Check that thread
if you are interested, which I deem more likely if you notice
effects, such as improved sexual compatibility, and positive
charisma modulation of good individuals.

The anchor for the day is noon, where the length of time from sunrise to
noon is symmetrical with the length from noon to sunset. Noon remains
common throughout the seasons, so although the declination above the
horizon may change along with the times from sunrise to noon, the anchor
for noon and the 24-hour day remain fixed to each other outside the natural
variations in the total length of the noon-to-noon cycles.

Beltaine and Lughnasadh represent seasonal milestones relative to noon and
the June Solstice, just as the March and September Equinoxes do

May 5 is aa N Hem thing. Yes, it's "approx" 1/2 way between eq and sol
and May 1 was chosen because people have problems remembering dates.

Down here it is May 5 and for some reason 2 nice bright orbs flew over
my area around 7pm. I gave them a wave coz you nevre know whether
they are flying our of Siberia or Nevada or some asteroid in the Kuiper
belt these days what with labelling laws what they are now.
