But you still don't say why you don't try a newsreader (so I'm not
wrong).

BTW, I was the chief (only) programmer at a large (small) company at

That all makes sense, and I agree that AI can be used to generate
answers to some things, and create reports.

I guess your comment about "chat" had me just thinking about "chatting",
or talking with. I personally have no interest in holding a generic
conversation with a computer. I prefer a person :)

Most recently, thinking about Facebook adding AI chat "users" to hold
conversations. Do people really want that? I assume it's just to keep
people there talking so they can sell ads (which I understand), but if
you knew you were chatting about the weather or politics with an AI,
would you want to continue?
