authenticity of said laptop. That based on conjecture and his political
bias.

Now, the FBI has examined the laptop and it has been admitted into
evidence in H. Biden's tax evasion case.

"In a 388-page report, the special counsel also dwelled on Biden’s
lapses in memory, writing that "Mr. Biden would likely present himself
to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic,
well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

You are correct, their behavior was different. :)

We will see how the Trump trial turns out. He may also be found not guilty.

Biden kept the papers. If it was not intentional that's more senility
evidence. Had he asked for a search warrant it would have looked even
worse.

We are talking about the same thing from different viewpoints. We both
understand the process. My point was that Biden could have asked to see
the search warrant, which searchers likely already had and could have
executed the search anyway. "Just inviting them in" has little effect or
meaning on the outcome. I'm sure he deliberately kept them, he even knew
where they were.
