Yes, but that's not a capital offense.

Time will tell. Seems that he slipped in with the local yokels.

instead of one of the recent pictures which are easily available?

They also fail to mention white slavery (mostly Irish) and indentured
servitude, which was basically another form of slavery.

You just want to argue. No one with a brain believes that you need to
wait for the guy pointing a gun at you to pull the trigger.

If it's an open carry state, could I walk up to Trump, or Biden, with
a handgun pointed at them, and the secret service be unable to touch
me, lest they "violate my 2A rights".

Your brain is simply broken, in some regards, man. The shit that you
argue...

Also, the guy was identified as a suspicious person for many minutes
before he got the shots off. They saw him with a range-finder. They
saw him on the roof with the rifle, before he got the shots off.

Why was Trump not pulled off the stage?

There are only two possibilities, here. A staggering level of

The incompetent diversity hire who runs the secret service has now
come out with the reason why there was no officers on the roof.

It was a "safety" issue, because of the "sloped" roof, you see.

*gobsmack*

Have you seen pictures of that roof? It's a very gentle slope. You
wouldn't slide off of it.

Are we expected to believe that our supposedly elite security forces
cannot handle being on a slightly sloped roof??? That they will just
cede that high ground? It's "too dangerous"?

FFS, a *child* would have NO PROBLEM on that roof!

I saw in another post where -highhorse agrees that they could "detain"
me and investigate, but not shoot me.

But there's not always time or opportunity to detain. Like in this
case. Shooting becomes the only option.

Regarding "missing data", why do stories about climate change never
mention the fact that China and India burn about 70% of the world's
coal, and are only ramping-up their use of it?

That's right, over twice the rest of the world combined.

Why do the stories not point out that the West cannot do anything
about the "CO2 problem" if China, India, and Southwest Asia are not on
board?

But tyrants here want to take away our cleaner-burning natural gas
plants. They want to take-away our gas-powered stoves gasoline-power
cars. They want to force us into electric cars that can be turned off
remotely and can't exceed the speed limit.

It just goes on and on!

Oh, and the snipers behind Trump *were* on an equally sloped roof!

Time for that POS lying incompetent to resign in disgrace.

Oh, but our Homeland Security secretary (Alejandro Mayorkas, another
lying, incompetent piece of shit) says he has '100% confidence' in
Secret Service director!

Really? How bad do you need to fuck up, to get fired from the leftist
Biden administration? You couldn't make this stuff up! 100%! No
loss of confidence at all!

But it was really, really hot on the roof. They preferred to be inside
with the A/C. There used to be a guy on alt.home.repair, Stormin' Norman,
who died of cardiac arrest on o roof in the summertime. It could happen to
anyone.

True story: he was doing A/C maintenance and it took the idiots in the
store a couple of days to figure out he went up and never came down.

I doubt the kid was figuring out a solution. Rule of thumb: a 5.56 will
drift 1 inch at 100 yards in a 10 mph wind.
