It's a common tactic. iirc in at least one southern state you can revoke
your registration as you leave the polling place.

As for campaign contributions I threw a few bucks to Obama on his first
go-around. Anything to thwart the Hildebeast. They were still scrabbling
for votes when our June primary rolled around so I filled out the

According to David Knight, every agent assigned to the rally that day
was temporary whereas Trump usually benefits from permanent staff. They
wanted him to die. The fact that he didn't is very inconvenient to them now.

My brother sent me a video of the Secret Service shooing people away who
were behind Trump (in the line of fire) just before the gunshots. Those who
posted the video claim the Secret Service knew what was about to happen —
but it could also be that these people just weren't in a designated area.

But whatever the Secret Service knew or didn't know, it's obvious that they
were, at the very least, incompetent.
