Hopefully, the thought of having every one of their actions recorded
by Microsoft will convince people that maybe they'd be better off on
Linux. I doubt it though. They are likely going to see this as a
wonderful, helpful feature.

According to various cola goons and liars, Windows already sends all (or
much of) your data and activities back to Microsoft:

"Windows sends regular reports of all activities and data on your
computer to MS..." - SMelzzzzz

"I could believe 'much of'" - shitv

Yep. I saw recently that Venezuela (I think) outlawed data mining because
of its effect on their power grid.

I once visited a site advertising that it did mining. Really revved up the fan
(on Linux).

Similarly, I no longer visit Cplusplus.com because of the barrage of ads eating
up the laptop battery. I go to cppreference.com instead now.

Funny enough, that might explain why my laptop starts using so much
more of the processor's power while I'm doing little more than
browsing. The people maintaining the web sites must be desperate for
income.
