Each of the 34 Class E felonies Trump was convicted of is punishable by
a fine, probation or up to 4 years in prison. That's EACH count.

I read Judge Merchan is "known for being a harsh sentencer when it comes
to white-collar crimes committed by people who have wealth and privilege
and power".

So that's good. The more jail time Trump is sentenced to the better for
the country. But his lack of a criminal record will impact sentencing.

Unfortunately, if he becomes President again, he can't serve time in a
state prison because it would interfere with his presidential duties.

So it could be years before he's sitting quietly on a cot, staring out
through the bars of his cell. But it most likely will happen. And
that's a good thing!

It won't stand on appeal. This crooked judge sustained EVERY objection by
the prosecution and rejected EVERY objection by the defense. No exceptions.
He refused to allow an expert witness on the Federal law (they wrongly used)
to testify. He placed a gag order on Trump, but not on Cohen or Daniels. He
told the jury that if 4 voted guilty on one charge, 4 more voted guilty on
another charge and 4 more voted guilty on the third charge, that would
constitute a "unanimous" decision. Not to mention that this judge's daughter
works directly for the Democrat Party as a fund raiser (no conflict of
interest there).

I honestly think this will result in President Trump 2, and a majority in
the House and Senate. They've gone too far with this selective prosecution,
too much like 3rd world countries and how they prosecute their predecessors.
Even Democrats see this as a dangerous precedent.

The good news is Biden (or whoever replaces him) will lose. The bad news is
Trump will win. Either way we're screwed.

storing classified documents at his various homes, or selling himself out to
