Freedom of the press is one thing. Monopoly ownership of the press is
another. But you're right about one thing. If the Democrats get their way,
freedom of the press will be severely hamstrung by government censorship in
the USA.

That was before Trudeau and his myrmidons took over Canada.

Hence the use of the superlative "most." There is no doubt that the
United States does better than Canada and the United Kingdom at the very
least. However, it's going down the same rabbit hole and seems to be
taking joy in restricting the rights of its citizens.

They are fully aware that it only takes one Haitian to spoil the bunch.
Here in Montréal, the Rivière-des-Prairies and Montréal-Nord boroughs
have long ago been ruined by allowing Haitians to settle there. The
moment they arrived, so did rampant crime. Heck, just yesterday police
found two Italians dead in the exact same car as I own in a mall parking
lot in the neighbouring St-Léonard sector. Before then, we'd always hear
gunshots and hear about muggings and drive-by shootings in RDP, and
Montréal-Nord is so bad that its name became synonymous with crime.
Meanwhile, that last one, when I was a kid, was a nice place to raise a
family... before they too decided that it should be a spawning point for
their niglets.

What's weird is on trackpads I use my right hand. I have no idea why.

Because the left one is busy with your junk. Mystery solved.

Whatever works. The first time I ran into a mouse I reached for it with my
left hand. Then came the adventure of figuring out how to switch the
buttons. Windows was easy, Linux with xorg.config or whatever that file
was, not so much.

I play guitars, banjos, and flutes the standard right hand way and shoot
long guns right handed, handguns left handed. I've got both left and right
handed bows. It's all what you get used to.

The thing with using a mouse left handed is a 'right click' really isn't
but that's what I call it.

Canada at position 14, UK at 23, US at ... 55. That’s almost a third of

I've never used a trackpad but if it's anything like those postage stamp

not that great with a mouse when it comes down to it.

Yes, I was talking about the pad on a laptop.

Sometimes I have to disable them, as the mouse movement to another window in
Fluxbox makes the window auto-focus and auto-raise and I'm typing into the
wrong terminal :-(
