Only you will be able to decide, ultimately, but I'm choosing to
believe that this time you've truly come around to the truth, about M$
and commercial software.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.

From an early age, Catholics are asked to love their neighbour. I don't
condone what he does behind closed doors and would never vote for
politicians who would ask us to celebrate it, but it's none of my
business otherwise. I don't hate him.

There was an devout atheist like him who was lucky enough to have had a
near-death experience. He went on speaking tours and had his experience
highlighted on Unsolved Mysteries at some point though they took some
liberties with his story <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an08hdvzFWs>.
Here is a summary:

1) He dies.
2) He is ignored by his wife in his room (he doesn't know he's dead) and
only feels her anger.
3) He leaves the hospital room to find a doctor to complain to.
4) He immediately feels that he will never get back in that room.
5) The people in the hallway push him in one direction, he feels pulled.
6) The further along he goes, the more aggressive they become and the
darker they look.
7) He eventually ends up in an area where there are being who look like
they might have been human at one time.
8) The people who pulled him jump him and proceed to tear his flesh.
9) He suffers until he calls to Jesus Christ, someone he didn't believe in.
10) Immediately, he is protected and instructed that it is not yet his
time and that he is asked to go on with life with love in his heart.

To say the least, he became a loving father immediately thereafter and a
very devout Christian.

I would prefer to live my life with love in my heart if that's what God
wants from me. I will _never_ accept the deviance from the alphabet
community and the general hatred "progressives" and their Communist
masters have for humanity, but I do want to love my brothers and sisters.

There is no doubt that using Linux requires a few workarounds. However,
just using Betterbird/Thunderbird in Linux Mint should serve as an
example of what the differences are. Navigating in the program is
somewhat faster in Mint, and typing is immediate. Until you experience
the difference, the Windows version seems fine. However, once you use it
in Mint, the first impression you get is that either the operating
system you were using it in before was slowing down writing or that your
keystrokes were being recorded. They probably weren't, but there is no
reason to believe that Microsoft wouldn't suddenly decide to enable that
functionality since they have telemetry on everything else.

A girl I know is a devout Catholic who was an honours student her entire
life. She got a scholarship to complete her masters in Geology in
Germany a few years ago so she clearly knows this stuff extremely well.
Funny enough, she's still a devout Catholic. I guess the evidence
against God isn't all that convincing.

That's interesting. I never used it a whole lot under either OS, to
have noticed, I guess, but it's an interesting thing to contemplate.

The problem is that Darwinists will say that we all started off as the
same kind of being but evolved in different directions. We were a single
cell that appeared out of nowhere (life just emerged) and a series of
mutations turned us into mammals, fish or birds. The problem is that for
a cell to turn into a human being, it would necessitate several million
mutations in a row, all of them very beneficial, to occur. It is
literally impossible the same way that it is impossible for something to
suddenly come to life. Meanwhile, scientists know that when creatures
procreate, they actually _lose_ genes their parents had rather than gain
any new ones. How then would two fish suddenly have a child with can
breathe air? Everyone loves to say that The Holy Bible is a fairy tale
but you have to suspend all logic and common sense to believe what
Darwinists say. Even _they_ know that they need to constantly come up
with new theories to explain the errors in their original theories.
Meanwhile, we are taught that those erroneous ideas are a fact but the
Holy Bible's story is all garbage.

To give you an idea, we were told that Noah's flood didn't happen. At
the same time, every ideology on Earth has a story of a flood which
washes away most of civilization leaving few survivors.

I might actually go ahead and download those movies in that way. Since I
already own them, I don't see how it is illegal to obtain them in a more

Anyone going from _installed_ (the live environment might not reproduce
this) operating system to the other should try it out.
Betterbird/Thunderbird in Linux feels lighter and more responsive
whereas the Windows version feels like something is recording your every
key stroke.

Not a bad analogy, really. There are some nice aspects of commercial
software, but on balance, I get better results with open source.

You wouldn't get the complex organisms we see in the world, including
ourselves, people, without intelligent design. It's impossible. Why
God made it look that way is an interesting question, but it's self-
evident that he exists, Jesus didn't just come out of nowhere, the
ways synthetic organic substances work on our brains is all by design.
It's laughable to be an atheist, and yet God prefers them, because
they're typically more moral than religious folk. Such a crazy world.

I routinely use the following open-source products: Betterbird, Brave,
Handbrake, MakeMkv, Telegram. The only proprietary product I was using
was Microsoft Office which also produced a document in a proprietary
format. That can easily be replaced with LibreOffice and open formats,
especially considering how simplistic my documents are (I could have
just used WordPad). Truly, there is really no reason to hold onto
Windows on the software side but especially now that it is clear that
Microsoft, Apple, Google and many of their third-parties and politicians
are only interested in keeping an eye on us.

That is the point though: Darwinism _ignores_ physics, chemistry,
genetics and the rest to reach its conclusion.

Darwinism, IIRC, doesn't speculate on the cause of changes, only that they do
occur and some yield a higher probability of survival.

But speciation is not just about survival. For example, a population (say,
insects) that gets divided all of a sudden by some natural barrier, will start
to grow ever more different, and ultimately cannot interbreed.

If Wine can run complicated games the way that it does Shadow Warrior 2
and Civilization 6 on my Mint install, I don't see why something as old
and as simplistic as Forté Agent wouldn't run.

It's the main thing I use Wine for, now, I've mostly retired mIRC in
favor of using IRCCloud as a Web app, and I can use EncSpot, but
that's just a cool trick, Forte Agent is what I'm really utilizing
Wine for, now.

It's not Agent per se - it's that he only uses a proprietary news app
running on proprietary Windows, all the while babbling anti-MS/Windows
hatred and pro-FOSS drooling. For 20 years.

(admittedly, I use a few pieces of GuhNoo-licensed software, but I'm
trying to get the developers to move to a non-GPL license by citing the
repulsiveness and pedophile-skeptic beliefs of Stallman)
