As of several minutes ago I am in centred clarity with +2 mood
(upper level of normal mood range, but steady, with no racing
thoughts) and I have divined that memory jogging has
begun in earnest, including (MJ) and including mentions
in my writing of any or all of the 3672 popthrough ootws
