Trump was having sex with other men at a young age and has graduated to
sex with pre teen children. He is the definition of the vile, dirty old
man. His trophy wife Melania has left him over it. That's why she's been
MIA the entire election campaign. If this were Saudi Arabia, the
government would have chopped off his head in a stadium as punishment for
his vile ways.

A month before the 2016 presidential election, a leaked tape revealed
Donald Trump bragging about grabbing womens genitals, captured on a hot
mic during a 2005 Access Hollywood taping. In the immediate aftermath,
many condemned his words. That included many Republican politicians who
voiced their disapproval and disgust but quickly returned to backing
him. Then, as we know, he won the election.

That year, multiple women spoke out against Trumps history of sexual
misconduct. He responded by calling them horrible, horrible liars,
denying any and all wrongdoing and insisting that there was a larger plot
being orchestrated by Hillary Clinton, his political opponent at the time,
and the news media.

Trump often denied the legitimacy of such claims against those in his
orbit as well. In 2018, in response to sexual assault allegations against
people in his own administration, Trump tweeted: Peoples lives are being
shattered and destroyed by a mere allegation. Some are true and some are
false. Some are old and some are new. There is no recovery for someone
falsely accused life and career are gone. Is there no such thing any
longer as Due Process?

The 19th thanks our sponsors. Become one.

As he runs for president again, The 19th is pulling together allegations
of sexual assault and harassment against him and people who worked for or
with him in his campaigns or in his time in the White House. Some resigned
only to be later welcomed back into the fold; some have stayed connected
to Trump.

Here is what we have found:

Former President Donald Trump waves to a crowd as he enters the court
building in Manhattan. Read Next: The 19th Explains: Trump has been
convicted. Heres a quick guide to his first criminal trial.

Dozens of women have accused Trump of sexual misconduct dating back to the
1970s, and he has been found liable in court for sexual abuse. Several
women have described Trump forcibly reaching under their skirts, others
said he kissed them without consent, and a handful of beauty pageant
contestants claimed Trump inappropriately walked in on them in changing
rooms. In total, about two dozen women have spoken out publicly to accuse
Trump:

Jessica Leeds told The New York Times in 2016 that, in the late 1970s,
Trump, who was a stranger to her, reached his hand up her skirt and
grabbed her breasts on a flight to New York. She said he was like an
octopus and his hands were everywhere before she fled to the back
of the plane. Ivana Trump, Trumps first wife, accused him in a
divorce deposition of raping her in a fit of rage in 1989, when they
were married. She later said that she hadnt meant in a literal or
criminal sense. Kristin Anderson, a photographer and former model,
told The Washington Post in 2016 that Trump sat next to her at a
nightclub in the early 1990s and reached under her skirt. Anderson
said the incident lasted about 30 seconds, but she and her friends
were very grossed out and weirded out. Jill Harth, who worked with
Trump in the 1990s, accused him of attempted rape in a 1997
complaint. She said that in 1993, Trump tried to kiss her in his
daughters bedroom at his Mar-a-Lago resort, pushing her against a
wall and putting his hand up her dress. She dropped the suit a few
weeks after filing it, she said as part of a settlement with Trump in
a separate breach of contract case, according to the Associated Press.
Lisa Boyne, a health food business entrepreneur, told HuffPost in 2016
that she attended a dinner with Trump in 1996 where several women were
forced to walk across a table while Trump looked up their skirts and
commented on their underwear and bodies. It was the most offensive
scene Ive ever been a part of, Boyne said. Five former Miss Teen USA
contestants told BuzzFeed News in 2016 that in 1997, Trump, the owner
of the pageant at the time, unexpectedly walked into the contestants
dressing room while they were changing, which they found
inappropriate. Mariah Billado said she rushed to put on her dress and
remembered him saying, Dont worry ladies, Ive seen it all before.
Victoria Hughes said that it was the most inappropriate time to meet
us all for the first time. The youngest girl was 15, and I was the
eldest at 19. The other three women described a similar situation to
BuzzFeed anonymously; however, 11 others said they did not recall
seeing Trump in the dressing room at all.

In an April 2005 interview on The Howard Stern Show, when asked about
Miss USA and Miss Universe, Trump said he would go backstage before
beauty pageant shows, the only man in the room while the women were
standing there with no clothes. As the owner, I sort of get away
with things like that, he added. He was not asked about Miss Teen USA
in this interview.

E. Jean Carroll, a writer, said Trump raped her in 1996 in a Bergdorf
Goodman dressing room. Carroll wrote about the incident in her 2019
memoir called What Do We Need Men For? In May, Carroll was awarded
$5 million after a jury held Trump liable for sexual abuse and
defamation, though not rape. Temple Taggart, former Miss Utah, told
The New York Times in 2016 that Trump kissed me directly on the lips
when he met her at the 1997 Miss USA pageant and again when she met
with him in Manhattan after he offered to help with her modeling
career. Taggart described the incident as inappropriate and said her
first thought after he kissed her was, Oh my God, gross. Cathy
Heller told The Guardian in 2016 that Trump forcibly kissed her when
she attended a Mothers Day brunch at Mar-a-Lago in the 1990s. Heller
said she was angry and shaken after the former president ignored her
handshake, grabbed her and went for the lips and became angry when she
tried to turn her head away. Amy Dorris, a former model, said Trump
forcibly kissed and groped her in his private box at the U.S. Open
tennis championship in 1997. Dorris told The Guardian in 2020 that
Trump shoved his tongue down my throat and his hands were very
gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything. Karena
Virginia, a yoga instructor and life coach, told The Washington Post
in 2016 that Trump groped her, unexpectedly wrapping his arm around
her and touching her breast, in 1998 while she waited for a car
outside the U.S. Open. Karen Johnson, who was a regular at Mar-a-Lago,
said Trump pulled her behind a tapestry to kiss and grope her during a
New Years Eve party in the early 2000s. Johnson detailed the incident
to journalists Barry Levine and Monique El-Faizy, who published it in
their 2019 book, All the Presidents Women: Donald Trump and the
Making of a Predator, along with 42 other allegations of sexual
misconduct. Bridget Sullivan, another former Miss USA contestant, told
BuzzFeed News in 2016 that she met Trump at a party promoting the
competition, and he hugged her a little low on your back and gave a
squeeze that your creepy uncle would. In a separate instance in 2000,
Sullivan said, Trump walked backstage while many of the contestants
were naked or getting dressed. Tasha Dixon, a former Miss USA
contestant, told CBS in 2016 that, in 2001, Trump walked into where
she and other contestants were changing. Dixon said she thought Trump
owned the pageant for the reasons to utilize his power to get around
beautiful women. Melinda McGillivray told the Palm Beach Post in 2016
that Trump grabbed her butt without her consent in 2003 when they were
backstage at a Ray Charles concert at Mar-a-Lago. Natasha Stoynoff, a
former reporter for People magazine, wrote in 2016 that Trump sexually
assaulted her in 2005 while she was visiting Mar-a-Lago to work on a
story about his first year of marriage with Melania. When they were
alone, Stoynoff said, Trump closed the door and pushed her against the
wall before forcing his tongue down my throat. Juliet Huddy, a
former Fox News anchor, said on the Mornin!!! With Bill Schulz
podcast in 2017 that Trump kissed her unexpectedly and without her
consent in Trump Tower in the mid-2000s. Huddy said she didnt feel
threatened at the time but later realized she wouldve said no more
clearly. Rachel Crooks, a former receptionist at Trump Tower, told The
New York Times in 2016 that Trump kissed her directly on the mouth
without consent when she first met him in 2005. Samantha Holvey, a
former Miss USA contestant, told CNN in 2016 that when she competed in
2006, Trump personally inspected each contestant, looking at them from
head to toe like sexual objects, which made her feel the dirtiest I
felt in my entire life. Ninni Laaksonen, a model and former Miss
Finland, in 2016 told Ilta-Sanomat, a Finnish newspaper, that Trump
squeezed her butt in 2006 when they were backstage at the Late Show
with David Letterman. Jessica Drake, an actor in adult films, accused
Trump during a 2016 news conference of grabbing her, kissing her
without her consent and offering her $10,000 to come to his penthouse
hotel room in 2006. Summer Zervos, a former contestant on The
Apprentice, told reporters at a 2016 news conference that Trump
sexually assaulted her on two separate occasions in 2007. The first
was when she met him and he kissed her on the lips. Later that year,
Zervos said Trump grabbed her shoulder, kissed her aggressively,
placed his hand on her breast and thrust himself on her before she was
able to pull away and leave the room. Cassandra Searles, a former Miss
USA contestant, wrote in a 2016 Facebook post that Trump continually
grabbed my ass and invited me to his hotel room when she competed in
2013. Alva Johnson, a former campaign staff member, alleged in a 2019
lawsuit that Trump grabbed her hand and kissed her on the side of the
mouth without her consent during a rally in 2016.

A 22-year-old Minneapolis man raped a woman he met on the light rail last month after inviting her to get off the Green Line train to smoke marijuana, authorities say.

It was the anniversary of her father’s death that day — July 9 — and the woman told police she was “all about feeling numb” under the circumstances. So she agreed when Avery Darius Oliphant approached her on the light rail that evening and asked her if she wanted to smoke, according to the criminal charges.

They got off at either the Raymond and University or Fairview and University exit in St. Paul and headed toward an industrial area with railroad tracks.

They smoked marijuana, and then Oliphant reportedly asked the woman if she would have sex with him.

She told him no, and Oliphant produced a knife and told her she didn’t have a choice, according to the criminal complaint filed in Ramsey County District Court. He is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct causing injury.

Oliphant proceeded to rape her, the woman told officers, and then they started to walk back toward the light rail. At some point, she tried to run and started screaming for help, but Oliphant caught up with her and hit her in the face and choked her, the complaint said.

Then she says he forced her at knifepoint to go inside a Subway to clean herself up. The store was closed at the time, but its door was open.

The woman went into the bathroom, where she texted her boyfriend to alert him to the assault, but Oliphant busted inside and forced her to strip down so he could rape her a second time, the complaint said. The woman saw another chance to escape and ran out of the bathroom naked and screaming.

Officers arrived shortly thereafter.

The 40-year-old woman was taken to a hospital for a sexual assault examination. Medical records from the evaluation show she had multiple abrasions on her body, including both sides of her neck, the complaint said.

Surveillance footage from inside Subway shows her running out of the bathroom naked, the complaint said

Officers were able to pull a photo of the suspect from the footage, and circulated it among area law enforcement.

Oliphant was picked up by police last Friday, and the victim identified him in a six-person line-up, the complaint said.

He denied any involvement in the sexual assault, saying he had been in Chicago on the day in question.

Oliphant declined to provide a DNA sample, so police obtained a search warrant to retrieve one. The results of the test weren’t mentioned in the criminal complaint.

His criminal record includes past convictions for attempted aggravated robbery and theft.

He is expected to make his first appearance on the rape charge Tuesday afternoon. No attorney was listed for him in court records.

Rafee Shaka

A judge has ordered a $25,000 bond be given to a man already behind bars for sexual assault after the suspect allegedly urinated on an officer.

Prosecutors say the Douglas County Jail prisoner, 31-year old Rafee Shaka, was being taken to a hospital when the officer noticed Shaka lean over and urinate on him.

Shaka was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl and failing to register as a sex offender in Omaha. For that, he's being held on a bond of more than $1 million.

Records show he is convicted rapist from Minnesota.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Police Chief Medaria Arradondo announced Friday that the city has discovered more than one thousand sexual assault evidence kits that have never been tested.

They now say the city has more than 1,700 untested kits – roughly eight times as many as previously disclosed.

In 2015, amid a national controversy about untested kits, Minnesota lawmakers ordered the state BCA to conduct a survey of law enforcement agencies statewide to determine the number of untested kits. At the time, the Minneapolis Police Department reported it had 194 kits that had not been tested.

On Friday, after police had summoned reporters to city hall, Frey shared that an "unjustifiable mistake" that occurred before his administration recently came to the attention of sex crimes investigators in the form of additional untested kits, and the department "acted immediately to right the wrong."

"Reporting sexual assault is an act of courage," Frey said. "We will move heaven and earth to honor the courage in pursuit of justice," adding that the past mistakes in handling rape kits were being revealed "with humility, and in the name of transparency."

Deputy Police Chief Erick Fors says the department discovered there were hundreds of additional untested kits in July during an accounting process now done in the sex crimes unit. Fors said it was quickly determined there was "a significantly large amount of untested kits in their inventory," some going back as far as 30 years.

"We believe all these kits should be tested," the assistant chief stated. "We stand committed to ensuring that gets done ... we owe it to victims to do this."

The new revelation of untested kits prompts some troubling questions: Among them, how did these kits slip through the cracks, are those evidence kits still forensically viable, and how will sex crimes investigators be able to respond to a sudden influx of 1,500 additional cases into their workload?

Deputy Chief Fors called the caseload inquiry "an interesting question," and told reporters that investigators will be working with the Hennepin County Attorney's Office to determine which cases have the "best potential" to be solved and prosecuted.

Former department heads baffled

Two former heads of the MPD sex crimes unit said they did audits of untested kits and 2013 and later in 2015, and found nowhere near 1,700.

Mike Martin, who took over the unit in 2013, said he counted about 200 untested kits in the city hall storage room.

"My understanding was that we found and tested every untested kit," he said.

Two years later Lt. Mike Sauro took over the department and did another audit, discovering about 500 untested kits. But of those, many were from victims who did not want their kits tested, others from those who stopped working with the police, and others were from unfounded cases, Sauro said. Once those were whittled away, there about 194 untested kits.

Of the new count of 1,700, Sauro said, "somebody is misinterpreting the facts, either intentionally or they don't know what they're looking at."

MPD says kits will be tested

Arradondo said he did not know why or how so many kits went uncounted in 2015.

He said the MPD now has "safeguards in place to make sure that the mistake that occurred back in 2015 never occurs again."

Fors said that untested kits were first discovered following a review in July, and quickly determined the 2015 count was wrong.

The department has since been working on a plan to test all of the kits and contact the victims behind them, Fors said. But he said he did not know how long the testing and contacting victims would take or how much it would cost.

Following the announcement, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman's office said Minneapolis sexual assault victims who have questions about their kits or the status of their case should call:

• Vernona Boswell, Hennepin County Attorney’s Office sexual assault victim advocate, 612-348-6592.

• Liliana, advocate at the Sexual Violence Center, 612-871-5100, ext.19 or the crisis line at 612-871-5111.

Abby Honold, a sexual assault survivor and now victim advocate, was at the press conference and said he was not surprised by the revelation.

"My gut reaction when I hear that is a sinking awful feeling knowing that people are going to be getting those phone calls and they’re going to have to deal with the fact of knowing all these years later that their kit was never tested," she said.

Testing kits solves cases

Earlier this year, KARE 11 reported how DNA tests on previously untested kits can help solve cases.

Using a federal grant, Duluth has been testing its backlog of more than 400 kits.

Five men already have pleaded guilty or been convicted of sexual assaults. Another was proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubt but found not guilty by reason of mental illness or deficiency. Court records show six suspects are awaiting trial. And other cases are still under investigation and could bring further charges.

Across the nation, there are other examples of successful prosecutions – often involving serial rapists.

Linking cases together “can be extremely important for the investigation and prosecution of the case,” according to guidance from the federally funded Sexual Assault Kit Initiative, which provides grants to test the kits. “Entering profiles from non-stranger cases into CODIS may develop trends such as identifying criminal sexual patterns, identifying suspect to stranger cases already in CODIS, and helping solve future crimes.”

In Detroit testing of more than 11,000 kits identified 824 suspected serial rapists. Ohio tested its backlog of nearly 14,000 kits, which identified 300 suspected serial offenders.

Despite that success, thousands of kits across Minnesota still have not been tested.

In September, KARE 11 revealed internal state records indicating that the BCA itself was reviewing thousands of cases in which rape kits had been submitted to its lab – but may not have been fully tested for DNA.

After the success of the Duluth program, the BCA has been awarded $4 million in federal grants for Minnesota’s backlog. Efforts so far have focused on Anoka, which had the second-highest number of untested kits in the 2015 survey.

But that leaves thousands of other sexual assault kits in Minnesota still untested.

When sexual assault victims report being raped, KARE 11 also discovered they often face long delays before they can be seen by a specially trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner – known as a SANE nurse.

Experts say delays can mean crucial evidence is lost – especially in cases in which the victims believe they may have been drugged.

RELATED: KARE 11 Investigates: Lack of trained sexual assault nurses has dire consequences for victims

KARE 11 has also reported on the difficulties sexual assault victims have in accessing the results of their rape kits – and the status of investigation.

Unlike some other states, Minnesota does not have a statewide system in place to allow victims to check the status of their cases online.

Victims of sexual assault who need help are encouraged to go to The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault website to find an advocate near them.

Stearns County Jail

ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- A Holdingford man is accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl.

Police were called to St. Cloud Hospital on Sunday evening where the girl was undergoing a sexual assault examination.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Stearns County District Court, the girl told the officer that she was raped by 19-year-old Benjamin Bienek.

The girl said Bienek was staying at her residence Saturday night and she awoke in the middle of the night to find Bienek on top of her raping her. The victim said she told Bienek no and tried to fight him off but he pinned her down and continued to assault her.

Police arrested Bienek and interviewed him. They say Bienek did not deny sexually assaulting the girl, but said he was too drunk to remember anything.

Cliff Mitchell's sentence was increased by four years

A former Metropolitan Police officer who launched a "campaign of rape" against his victims, including a child, has had his sentence increased.

Cliff Mitchell carried out more than 50 sex attacks against two female victims between 2014 and 2023, including in September, when he tied up a woman with cable ties and put duct tape over her mouth.

The 24-year-old was jailed for life with a minimum term of 13 years and 225 days at Croydon Crown Court in May after being found guilty of 10 counts of rape, three counts of raping a child under 13, one count of kidnap and breach of a non-molestation order.

Judges at the Court of Appeal have now extended this to a minimum term of 17 years and 225 days.

'Unduly lenient'
An appeal by Mitchell to have his sentence reduced - on the grounds of his previous good character not being taken into account in his original sentence - was dismissed.

The appeal for the sentence increase was made following a referral by the solicitor general.

Paul Jarvis, representing the solicitor general in court, said the previous sentence was "unduly lenient" because it did not "take into account the seriousness of Mitchell's offending".

The sentence was "significantly lower", considering Mitchell's "campaign of rape", Mr Jarvis added.

Mr Jarvis said Mitchell had wanted to "control and dominate" his victims, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

The court was told Mitchell's offending came to an end in September last year after his older victim managed to leave a car she was being kidnapped in.

She then ran down a busy road, her hands still bound with cable ties, before a member of the public helped her.

Increasing the sentence, Lord Justice William Davis, sitting alongside Mrs Justice Thornton and Judge Michael Chambers KC, said Mitchell's younger victim was "broken" due to the attacks.

'I cry randomly'
In a victim impact statement, she said: "It sits with me every day. There are days when I cry randomly about it."

Following the hearing, Solicitor General Sarah Sackman MP said: “Cliff Mitchell’s crimes were monstrous and deeply disturbing. He intimidated his victims into silence, abusing them repeatedly over a number of years.

“The Court of Appeal rightfully increased Mitchell’s sentence, which should send a stark message that rape and sexual abuse will always be considered the most serious of crimes, and we will use the full force of the law to punish those who inflict it onto others.

“My thoughts and deepest sympathies remain with his victims.”

Wilfred Carl Hudson

MOORHEAD - A convicted rapist living in Moorhead is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 since Jan. 1, 2011.

Wilfred Carl Hudson, 49, was charged today in Clay County District Court with eight felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, each carrying a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.

The girl was acquainted with Hudson before the alleged assaults occurred, court documents state.

Hudson was arrested at home Tuesday when police executed a search warrant at his apartment at 915 32nd Ave. S.

According to the complaint, Hudson's criminal history includes a conviction for felony rape, forcible sodomy and breaking and entering in 1985-86 in Norfolk, Va.

Visiting Judge John Scherer set Hudson's bail at $800,000 cash or bond without conditions or $300,000 with conditions.

Assistant County Attorney Pamela Harris had requested $500,000 unconditional bail or $300,000 conditional bail.

"We believe that he is not only a significant public safety risk but also a flight risk," she said in court.

Hudson's wife told police they moved to Moorhead from Wisconsin in June 2009, the complaint states.

Hudson is currently studying culinary arts at Minnesota State Community and Technical College, his attorney said.

Hudson also was charged today with misdemeanor domestic assault related to an incident on Sept. 14. He entered a not guilty plea to that charge.
