For a very long time on my Aftershow podcast, which aired for 15 years
behind the paywall of Hugh Hewitt's Hughniverse site, even before the
Republican primaries got underway in earnest, I spent a lot of time
looking at what America is going to look like after November 5th.

At the time, Joe Biden had one foot in his political grave, and the other
on a banana peel, and was poised to get beat by whomever the Republicans
nominated. Yet the rhetoric being used by politicians on both side and in
regime media got dialed up to 11 on Spinal Tap's guitar amplifier. My
concern was that if Trump or a Republican won, half the country would
absolutely freak out because the end of the American experiment was at
hand. When it became clear Donald Trump would be the GOP nominee, the
intensity of the threat to democracy rhetoric greatly increased.

Even with the replacement on the Democratic side of Kamala Harris for Joe
Biden, temporarily drawing the race back into at least the perception of a
winnable one by Democrats and media, the demonization of Donald Trump and
Republicans by media and Never Trumpers ratcheted up further to an
absurdly hyperbolic level. I speculated with Ed on several of our Week in
Review podcasts in the VIP section that if you are someone on the left and
you've been convinced down to your bones that Trump is a mortal threat to
democracy itself, then it begs the question what won't you do to stop
Trump from taking the oath of office on January 20th? That was months
before there were two assassination attempts on Trump's life.

Now flash forward to this week. Donald Trump has shaved over half of
Kamala Harris' national polling lead in Real Clear Politics' average, and
has flipped Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Michigan from blue to red in the
Electoral College map, if you throw in leaning states. Trump's probability
odds of winning it all in Polymarket has reached an all-time high of 58%
to Kamala's 42% chance. Even left-leaning Nate Silver has seen the modest
lead Kamala held in odds of winning evaporate. He now sees the race as a
dead heat.

With all of that as a backdrop, what happens if Trump wins? Mark Halperin,
who fell out of favor with MSNBC as one of their favored pundit sons after
his own #MeToo problem, nevertheless has retained his contacts within the
Democratic Party, and was among the first to accurately predict that Nancy
Pelosi and other senior Democrats would shove Joe Biden to the curb and
out of the race for re-election as president. Halperin was on Tucker
Carlson's podcast yesterday, and had this dire prediction.

The biggest mass mental health crisis in this country's history. And
that's saying something when we're just four years removed from the
physical, mental, and emotional damage done to millions of Americans after
what a year of COVID restrictions, masking, and vaccine mandates did to us
and our children. This prediction is ominous indeed. But Halperin went
further and described how that mental health crisis would manifest itself,
at least in part.

And you only thought you had to worry about the Zombie apocalypse. Long-
time political consultant and former Bill Clinton campaign guru James
Carville is embracing denial fully, refusing to believe Democrats are
going to lose, and terrified that Trump is going to arrest his political
enemies.

What makes this cut so delicious is that within two hours of saying this,
Joe Biden was in Philly at a dinner to benefit Kamala Harris. Here's what
he said.

We've sailed well past 'Lock her up,' haven't we? Now that Kamala Harris
is the nominee instead of Joe Biden, she's at least less inflammatory with
her language, right? Nah. Here she is on the Breakfast Club with
Charlamagne Tha God yesterday talking to a caller who seemed a little
unhinged.

Notice that Kamala didn't begin her response by telling the caller he is
crazy and that he should get ahold of himself and attempt to have a
modicum of perspective. Instead, she told him he's making a very important
point. She fed and nurtured the extremist rhetoric.

In Georgia, after Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Senator Raphael Warnock, and
dozens of Democratic Party leaders warned that the election reform law in
the Peach State would bring back Jim Crow or worse, Jim Eagle, a funny
thing happened. After the first day of early voting in a state that we
were reliably told would lead to restricted access, especially for Blacks,
Georgians cast over 300,000 votes, 123% above their previous record. CNN's
Kaitlan Collins had her X feed then meet reality now.

On the Republican side, all the data, all the trends, all the historical
error rates of the groups doing the polling still point to Donald Trump
winning the election. If he does not, if there are anomalies in swing
states in specific, targeted pockets of GOP strongholds and Kamala Harris
ekes out a victory as narrow or even closer than the one that propelled
Joe Biden to the White House, some of the base voters on the right are
going to lose their minds. Close elections just do that anyway, but add in
the rhetoric, albeit correct from my point of view, that Kamala Harris
would destroy Constitutional norms in this country we thought would never
be touched, and you have the ingredients for political turmoil on the
right.

Rep. Jamie Raskin, who was on the House impeachment committee going after
Donald Trump for his role in the J6 Capitol riots, which the left still
believes was an even bigger threat to democracy than the 9/11 attacks on
New York and Washington, D.C, has flipped on a dime. If Donald Trump wins,
Raskin is all for having the House not certify the election. The crazy in
this country is getting hotter faster than my new Solaire Infrared Grille.

Here's the question. What is this doing to our kids?

We have an entire generation of young people that just came through a
pandemic that saw them banned from attending school in-person, being
forced to mask even while playing outside when there was no scientific
reason to support the political decision behind the orders, and many were
forced to take a vaccine as a ticket to re-entry when schools did
reconvene. Even today, some kids live in fear of a virus that in most
cases was never a threat to their age cohort by wearing masks in class.
For that matter, I see adults every day, by themselves, driving their car
with a mask on. Millions of kids are dealing with learning deficits as a
result of the educational interruption.

Now, after dealing with that dystopian trauma, these kids are watching and
listening to grown-ups, mostly their parents but others as well, react
viscerally to the political campaigns vying to be the leaders for the
immediate future of this country. These same grown-ups, who outside of
politics would otherwise act relatively normal, turn into crazy people
when the T-word is mentioned. And we haven't even begun to discuss what
antisemitism is doing to rot American society, and especially to academia.

I'm not one that thinks it's likely or possible to put this extremist
genie back in the bottle and cap it in the next couple weeks. I pray
fervently that God continues to keep this country stitched together, in
spite of what we deserve, but I'm not counting on it. I worry that Mark
Halperin's forecast is spot on. And I will not lift one toe off of the
pedal between now and Election Day, because I continue to believe that
this election actually is the most important one of our lifetime. I
believe that because the radical ideology that got substituted in at the
last minute has not been fully vetted by the American people. We truly are
in a dangerous time, both domestically and internationally. This is no
time for a radical faux intellectual with a track record of being clueless
and wrong every step of her career in public life.

A female miscellaneous random person who grew up in our house that has now
begun her college career three weeks ago just went throug an incident that
necessitated obtaining a restraining order. Yesterday, as Kamala Harris
was once again pandering for Black votes by embracing the idea of
trillions of taxpayer dollars in reparations, I was faced with what's
going on in the real world with this next generation of students. As I was
waiting for three hours to file the appropriate forms, about a dozen of
them, I noticed this young person and her roommate trying to catch up with
schoolwork on their laptops. They hadn't had a great night sleep in
several days, and they were pretty subdued. The weight of their world was
on their shoulders.

As a parent, it breaks my heart to see them have to go through this type
of trauma. I certainly don't think it's necessary or appropriate to pile
on and talk politics just because it's that season. Politics is
extraordinarily important to me, but not so important as being the parent
your kids need, not necessarily the parent those kids think they want. You
have to protect them as best you can while letting them spread their wings
when it's appropriate to do so. You have to be there for them, offer
advice when asked, be a shoulder to cry on when the situation warrants,
and resist the temptation to use your own life experience to shortcut
their process and just tell them what to do.

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KLFY) — A Lake Charles man is charged with raping a girl under the age of 10, authorities said.

Jonathan J. Landry, 34, of Lake Charles, is charged with first degree rape after turning himself in.

On July 1 Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives received a complaint that Landry sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 10. After further investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest on July 11, when detectives attempted to locate Landry but were unsuccessful, officials said.

Landry turned himself in Sunday, at which time he was arrested, booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with first degree rape. His bond is set at $1 million.

SAN ANTONIO – A 29-year-old man was arrested after sexually assaulting two women at gunpoint on the same day, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael Miller is charged with aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated sexual assault.

On Monday, a victim had met Miller on Snapchat and visited his home, BCSO said. While there, she was allegedly sexually assaulted at gunpoint and robbed of her cash before being allowed to leave.

Later in the day, BCSO said another victim was sexually assaulted at gunpoint by Miller at his home. According to authorities, Miller said he would pay for her manicure if she came over.

Both victims reported the assault to authorities, but Miller told investigators he was driving to Minnesota, BCSO said.

While executing a search warrant at Miller’s home, BCSO said he returned to the house. According to investigators, he was arrested without further incident.

Kelvin Williams was sentenced to between 28 and 60 years in prison for raping an 85-year-old woman

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A parolee who beat and raped an elderly Grand Rapids woman in an ordeal she described as a ‘nightmare’ was sentenced Tuesday to a minimum of 28 years in prison for the mid-January attack.

Kelvin Lawrence Williams, 24, who got out of prison last year, pleaded no contest to multiple charges stemming from the break-in and rape at the Marsh Ridge Senior Complex on the city’s Northwest Side.

Kent County Circuit Court Judge Paul Sullivan sentenced Williams to between 28 and 60 years for first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Williams received lesser terms for home invasion and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.

The three sentences will be served at the same time. Because he was on parole for two Kent County home invasion convictions, Williams must complete sentences in those cases before he begins the terms handed down on Tuesday.

The elderly woman testified in February that she was attacked the afternoon of Jan. 18 in her apartment at the Marsh Ridge complex off of Lake Michigan Drive NW.

The woman said she was breaking down cardboard boxes in a hallway when she ducked back inside her apartment to use the bathroom, leaving the front door unlocked. Williams entered her apartment through an unlocked door.

The assailant appeared naked in her doorway, the woman testified earlier this year. He choked her, threatened to kill her and raped her.

Williams, who has a chest tattoo that reads “only God can judge us,’’ was located in a nearby apartment in the same building. He was arrested after the victim identified him as her attacker. Investigators recovered DNA evidence linking him to the crime.

The victim was treated at a local hospital for her injuries, which included wounds to her arm that required stitches. She also had bruises all over her body.

Williams, who turned 24 earlier this month, was sentenced to prison in March of 2012 for two Kent County home invasions. He was paroled to Grand Rapids in May of 2017.

The attorney representing the Kent County man accused of raping and later kidnapping and killing Mujey Dumbuya wants the Kent County Prosecutor's Office off the case - because someone in that office had an "intimate" relationship with the defendant.

Quinn James' defense attorney, Jonathan Schildgen, filed a motion Thursday, May 31, 2018, to "disqualify the Kent County Prosecutor's Office from prosecuting or participating in the prosecution of of Quinn James due to a conflict of interest."

He also wants the Kent County prosecutors disqualified from two other criminal cases pending against James: in both, he is charged with criminal sexual conduct charges involving incidents in 2014 and 2017.

According to the two-page motion, the defense claims a member of the prosecutor's office was in a "dating and/or intimate relationship" with James about the same time in which he's accused of raping Dumbuya.

The motion also alleges that this staff member had contact with Dumbuya "in his/her official capacity as a member of the Kent County Prosecutor's Office."

That alleged relationship with James and subsequent contact with Dumbuya, the defense argues, creates not only the appearance of a failure to observe standards or due honesty but an actual conflict of interest.

For those reasons, the defense attorneys said in the motion, James believes he cannot receive due process and a fair trial if the Kent County Prosecutor's Office is involved.

Schildgen declined to comment on the motion.

Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker said Friday that he's not concerned by the motion.

"I can't comment factually on the case ethically since it's going in front of a judge," Becker said. "We'll deal with it through the court system and respond appropriately through the courts. I can say, based on what I'm aware of, that I'm really not concerned about us being removed from the case."

In response, James’ attorney said the prosecutor’s office “should be concerned,” but that’s the only comment Schildgen provided about the motion.

Court documents from the criminal sexual conduct case allege James raped Dumbuya, who was then 15-years-old, several times and in various locations around Kent County throughout the summer of 2017.

According to the defense’s motion, that’s also when James allegedly dated someone at the prosecutor’s office.

That alleged relationship with James and subsequent contact with Dumbuya, “creates not only the appearance of impropriety but creates an actual conflict in fact,” Schildgen wrote in the motion.

For those reasons, the defense attorney added, James believes he cannot receive due process and a fair trial if the Kent County Prosecutor's Office is involved.

A Kent County judge is expected to review the defense’s motion next week, if granted, the current cases against James will remain in Kent County, but an outside prosecuting attorney would have to be brought in to take over.

There are currently three felony cases pending against James in Kent County now. Those include the third-degree criminal sexual conduct charges brought on by Dumbuya in 2017, the 2018 murder of Dumbuya, and an unrelated criminal sexual assault case first reported in 2014.

Out on bond at the time Dumbuya was kidnapped and killed, James was arrested on the unrelated 2014 allegations the day after Dumbuya was identified as the victim found in Kalamazoo.

Dumbuya reported those allegations to police and James was arrested in November, he was out on bond when Dumbuya went missing on her way to the bus stop near Grand Rapids.

A student at East Kentwood High School, Dumbuya was found dead in a wooded area in Kalamazoo four days later.

James was quickly arrested on unrelated charges that stem from the unrelated rape allegations reported in 2014.

Now 43, James was charged in April with first-degree premeditated murder, felony murder, and conspiracy to commit murder in the kidnapping and killing of Dumbuya.

The 16-year-old was found dead in Kalamazoo in late-January, days after a trial date had been set in her sexual assault case against James.

Curtis Ray Watson was considered a violent offender when he was sentenced to 15 years in prison for aggravated kidnapping in 2012. Still, the facts surrounding his case didn’t stop him from being declared a trustee while incarcerated at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary about an hour north of Memphis.

Trustees are inmates who can gain special privileges for good behavior behind bars. For Watson, that meant he had the privilege of being on a mowing crew that gave him access to large mowers and a golf cart to help him travel around the prison grounds.

According to reporting in The Tennessean, Watson was released from his cell around 7 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2019, to begin his mowing duties. Around 8:30 that morning, a corrections officer saw Watson on the golf cart near the home of Debra Johnson, a prison administrator who lived in one of the residences on the prison property.

It soon became evident that something was very, very wrong.

When Johnson didn’t come to work, a colleague went to check on her and found her lying dead on the floor of her home around 11:30 a.m. It appeared she’d been strangled and sexually assaulted. Officers also realized Watson was also missing from the prison grounds.

The tractor that Watson used to mow was found on the side of the road approximately two miles from the prison. His prison identification was found nearby.

The Manhunt
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation worked quickly to alert the public to the escaped inmate. Reports of sightings poured in from across the state and country, but Watson didn’t make it far at all before he was captured.

According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, residents in Henning, Tennessee, spotted Watson on surveillance footage as he took some drinks from their outdoor refrigerator just a few days after the murder. Authorities discovered him in a soybean field on August 11 and took the man into custody without incident.

In 2021, Watson pleaded guilty to Debra’s rape and murder and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Remembering Debra
Debra Johnson was a 38-year veteran of the Tennessee Department of Correction, and she’d worked her way from correction officer before becoming a warden and then an administrator. In addition to her work with DOC, she was a mother and grandmother.

“Ms. Johnson was an experienced and knowledgeable corrections professional who was

positive and supportive with everyone she encountered. Her fellow employees looked to her as a mentor and role model and nominated her numerous times for recognition of her outstanding contributions to the department. She was a co-worker, mother, sister, and friend and will be missed more than we can express,” said a memorial on the Tennessee DOC website.

A year after her death, the Tennessee Prison for Women was renamed the Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center for Women.

Watson is currently housed at the Morgan County Correctional Complex in Wartburg, Tennessee.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The first woman to accuse Quinn James of rape appeared in court on Friday for a hearing.

She met James when she was 17-years-old, walking home from Ottawa Hills High School, now 22-years-old, the woman was in a Kent County District courtroom Friday, to face her accused rapist, detailing disturbing details from the case that dates to 2014.

“He strangled me,” said the woman, whose identity Newschannel 3 is not releasing.

The second teenage girl to accuse James of rape, Mujey Dumbuya, was found dead in a wooded area in Kalamazoo on Jan. 28, days after a trial date was set for her rape case against James.

Several sources say James, 42, is a person of interest in the murder of the Dumbuya. A student East Kentwood High School student, where James was a maintenance worker, Dumbuya was 16-years-old when she was killed.

The first of at least three women to accuse James of rape, the alleged victim from 2014 said, “I was forcibly put into a bedroom so I wouldn't be able to escape.”

On Friday, testifying during a probable cause hearing regarding the 2014 rape allegation, the woman said James threated to kill her if she went to police.

“He told me that he was going to wrap me up in a blanket and that he was going to call his buddy and that he was going to pour bleach on me,” she said.

The woman told the court James drove up alongside her while she was walking home from school when she was 17-years-old.

Over the course of the next year, she said, James bought her dinner, manicures, shoes, and clothing.

She told the court she considered him a friend, never a boyfriend, and that the two had never kissed.

In June of 2014, the woman said James picked her up and drove her to his apartment where he offered her $2,000 for sex. The woman said this was the first time she had been to his apartment.

“I got up to walk out the door and he grabbed me and he choked me,” the woman said.

With two hands around her neck, the woman said, she took off her clothes and James forced her into his bedroom.

“I couldn't breathe and I thought he was going to kill me if I didn't,” she said.

When the alleged assault was over, the woman said James got emotional and apologized for what had happened.

"I thought if I panicked he'd kill me," she said.

Without a car and her phone out of reach, the woman said she told James she was hungry and asked if he would take her to get food.

Locked in a stall inside the bathroom at Applebee’s, the then 17-year-old called police. She told the judge that James went into the women’s bathroom and told her that if she was on the phone with police to give him enough time to get away, James left before police arrived.

She was taken to the hospital that night where a rape kit was performed. The nurse who evaluated the woman, also called to testify Friday, said that the findings of that exam were “consistent” with the teenager’s history and claims.

At several points during her testimony, James was seen smirking and shaking his head from his seat behind the defense table. In handcuffs, he flipped through evidence photos and made notes to Jonathan Schildgen, his defense attorney.

Schildgen, a public defender, asked the alleged rape victim, “How did he insert his penis in you if he's holding both your hands above your head?”

He picked apart the woman’s statements given to police back in 2014 and the timeline of events from that June evening.

“The woman is saying he raped her I'm allowed to question that,” Schildgen said.

Schildgen called the case a “charade” and said the only reason 2014 case is only moving forward is so that James is locked up while police investigate Dumbuya’s murder.

“They didn't believe her then; they don't believe her now. Mr. James is being held I would argue in some ways illegally while they investigate him for some other crime, on some other day in some other place,” Schildgen said.

The Kent County Prosecutor's Office did not take the case until the day after Dumbuya was positively identified as the murder victim found in Kalamazoo in late January.

James is now in custody on a $500,000 bond facing criminal sexual conduct charges.

He was arrested in the Dumbuya rape case, but had been released on a $100,000 bond at the time of Dumbuya's death.

Carroll was charged with three counts of 'oral copulation,' the act of forcing a victim to perform oral sex, though these counts were eventually dropped.

Carroll pled guilty to only two counts of kidnapping and was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months in prison.

After his release, Carroll — then age 25 — offended again in 1998 and was arrested and convicted for the robbery of a jewelry store.

That crime activated California's 'Three Strikes and You're Out' law, which mandates further penalties for offenders with three serious felony convictions.

Carroll was sentenced to a minimum of 25 years to life and has been locked up ever since.

Now, at 51 years old, 6ft 2in tall and about 200lbs, Carroll is physically imposing.

In mugshot photos, Carroll sports thick black and grey stumble and self-identifies as a trans woman, though has not undergone sex reassignment surgery.

That is not a prerequisite for male inmates to transfer to all-female facilities in California.

On September 29, 2020, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed The Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act to allow incarcerated transgender, non-binary and intersex people to request to be housed in a 'manner consistent with their gender identity.'

To apply for transfer, inmates must only profess their identity — and obtain the permission of prison authorities.

In August 2021, Carroll was moved to CCWF after numerous complaints, including claims of harassment by other detainees and allegedly being the victim of more than 30 sexual assaults.

Once inside CCWF, Carroll became something of a 'poster child' for the state's transgender inmate programs.

Writing for an obscure news website in 2022, Carroll described being a 'trans woman' with a 'girl's heart and a confused mind.'

Women's rights lawyer Lauren Bone, who opposes the Transgender Respect Act, told DailyMail.com that Carroll even made a statement refuting the claims of her clients — female CCWF inmates who said they were victimized by trans prisoners.

In testimony collected by the American Civil Liberties Union, a staunch supporter of California's trans inmate policy, Carroll claimed not to be a threat to women.

'I know what it feels like to live in fear and to carry the weight of the past abuse by men,' Carroll wrote. 'We're all in the same boat.'

Rebecca begs to differ.

She now reveals Carroll began expressing sexual interest in her immediately after moving cells, according to sources.

Carroll allegedly left her flirtatious notes. On the second day in the room, Rebecca claimed that Carroll propositioned her.

She said she turned down all the advances.

But, less than 24 hours later, Rebecca claimed Carroll attacked her when she was alone in the prison shower and raped her.

Sources told DailyMail.com that Rebecca was then hospitalized and, humiliatingly, kept in arm and leg chains as she was subjected to a pelvic exam.

Upon her release from the hospital, Rebecca was segregated from the prison population, strip-searched and treated as if she were the predator because — reprehensibly — Carroll had alleged that she was the rapist instead.

Rebecca was said to have screamed and cried throughout the ordeal.

The ridiculous nature of Carroll's counter-allegation has now been made apparent by the official filing of sexual assault charges against Carroll by the Madera County California District Attorney's office.

Sally Moreno, the District Attorney leading the alleged rape case against Carroll said the new allegations cast doubt on the decision to greenlight the transfer to CCWF.

Asked if the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) should review its procedures, the DA said: 'I certainly hope so.'

Carroll now stands accused of two rapes — the alleged attack on Rebecca and another unrelated assault on an unidentified person around the same time.

Carroll also faces one charge of attempting to intimidate a witness to one of the attacks.

Carroll has denied all the charges — but has been transferred out of CCWF to Kern Valley State Prison, an all-male lockup, according to prison records.

The CDCR declined to comment on Carroll's case, but a spokeswoman told DailyMail.com that transgender inmates who 'present a safety and management concern' are not allowed to transfer facilities.

Women's rights advocates said these allegations are a wake-up call to the California prison system, which has moved more than 44 biological male prisoners into all-female facilities since 2021.

Nearly 200 more applications for transfer are now under review.

According to a lawsuit filed by the Women's Liberation Front (Wolf), a liberal feminist advocacy group, CCWF installed condom-dispensing machines after the law's passage.

Whistleblowers have also come forward.

Former California state prison guard, Hector Bravo Ferrel, worked at Diego Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, a high-security men's penitentiary near San Diego.

He said that after the 2020 law passed 'predatory' inmates were 'champing at the bit' to fake sex changes and request transfers.

A former McKinney football player has been charged with raping three female students last year at or near Bethel University in Minnesota, where he was a business student until leaving at year’s end.

Gideon Erhabor, 21, is charged with third-degree sexual conduct in connection with the alleged assaults, which took place in the fall of 2018, Minneapolis’ Star Tribune reported.

Erhabor, who attended McKinney Christian Academy, was arrested Tuesday in Collin County, where he is awaiting extradition to Minnesota. He played running back for Bethel, a private Christian university, in 2017 and 2018.

According to court documents obtained by the newspaper, Erhabor told police that in each incident the sex was consensual.

In one case an 18-year-old woman told police Erhabor had invited her to his dorm room in September 2018 to see a movie and that he forcibly kissed and groped her before raping her.

A second woman, age 19, told police she had been at a house party in October 2018 and exited the home around 2 a.m., feeling disoriented after drinking. She awoke later that morning in a friend’s apartment, she said, feeling confused about the previous night’s events.

Some weeks later, she said, Erhabor entered her room and climbed into her bed. When she declined his requests for sex, she said, Erhabor told her they had had sex at the previous month’s house party.

Erhabor continued to pursue her aggressively after that, the documents said, in spite of her repeated rejections.

In the third case, a 21-year-old student said she had been at a house party in December with several friends and recalled mingling for about a half hour before blacking out. She awoke the next morning groggy and queasy, she said, feeling genital pain.

She told her resident assistant the next day that she had not wanted to have sex with Erhabor.

Both the 19- and 21-year-old filed sexual assault reports with the university. However, a university administrator would not tell the Star Tribune whether the school had disciplined Erhabor at all.
