IF this was face to face these types of bullies would slink off... but in a
semi-anonymous forum like this, sure, they will lick their wounds and start up
again.

But these types of attacks, multi-threaded content free ad hominem nonsense,
happen often when Carroll decides he has found "a life" and is not posting
much, and often right after he has made an even bigger ass of himself than his
norm. It was building up for some time, but culminated in him making insane
personal attacks about a dozen or so charges, pleas, and court ordered
programs -- all really nasty personal accusations he fabricated out of
desperation, and then when he backed down from that being caught with insane
political lies.

* Carroll lied about how caring about character can only be done based on
feelings
* Carroll lied about Trump, denying he muzzled scientists
* Carroll lied about Harris, saying she said she would reject a legitimate
vaccine
* Carroll lied about Fauci, saying he claimed to "be science"

Now does this prove these "new" people are Carroll? There is no *DIRECT*
evidence, but the pattern repeats itself time after time. It potentially COULD
be some other obsessed troll such a Pothead who is trying to keep mayhem high,

PHOENIX –David Michael Hanson, 41, of Phoenix, was arrested on Wednesday
for making online threats against the President and Vice-President.
Hanson was charged by Federal criminal complaint on Tuesday with five
counts of Threats Against the President and Successors to the Presidency
and five counts of Interstate Communication of Threats.

The complaint alleges that in November and December of 2023, while
living in Arizona, Hanson used a social media platform to post threats
to murder the President and Vice President of the United States. On
November 19, 2023, Hanson posted online a series of threatening
statements including one that stated, “#joeAndKamala I’m asking you to
resign on Monday your alternative is death brutally murdered.” After the
U.S. Secret Service spoke to Hanson and warned him that it was a Federal
crime to post such threats, on December 23, 2023, Hanson posted another
series of similar threats aimed at the President and Vice-President.

Each count of Threats Against the President and Successors to the
Presidency carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a fine of
up to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release. Each count
of Interstate Communication of Threats carries a maximum sentence of
five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up to three years of
supervised release.

A complaint is simply a method by which a person is charged with
criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is
presumed innocent until evidence is presented to a jury that establishes
guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

PHOENIX –David Michael Hanson, 41, of Phoenix, was arrested on Wednesday
for making online threats against the President and Vice-President.
Hanson was charged by Federal criminal complaint on Tuesday with five
counts of Threats Against the President and Successors to the Presidency
and five counts of Interstate Communication of Threats.

The complaint alleges that in November and December of 2023, while
living in Arizona, Hanson used a social media platform to post threats
to murder the President and Vice President of the United States. On
November 19, 2023, Hanson posted online a series of threatening
statements including one that stated, “#joeAndKamala I’m asking you to
resign on Monday your alternative is death brutally murdered.” After the
U.S. Secret Service spoke to Hanson and warned him that it was a Federal
crime to post such threats, on December 23, 2023, Hanson posted another
series of similar threats aimed at the President and Vice-President.

Each count of Threats Against the President and Successors to the
Presidency carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a fine of
up to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release. Each count
of Interstate Communication of Threats carries a maximum sentence of
five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up to three years of
supervised release.

A complaint is simply a method by which a person is charged with
criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is
presumed innocent until evidence is presented to a jury that establishes
guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Charges filed this week in Hennepin County accuse Young of luring David to their apartment in the 1300 block of Nicollet Avenue, where her boyfriend, 19-year-old Emmanuel Troy Davis, attacked him.

Davis was charged in April with David's murder.

According to the criminal complaint:

On March 6, 2022, police in Minneapolis learned of a disturbing video of an assault that was shared on Facebook and sent to a number of people. The video showed a victim, identified as David, being kicked in the head "multiple times" and not moving.

The video was posted on the victim's Facebook account.

The video shows David lying unconscious on the ground, with a man identified as Davis "stomping and kicking" on David's head and neck. A girl, identified as Young, is heard laughing in the background as she records the video.

The victim was found in an apartment building and was taken to the hospital. David suffered severe head trauma in the incident and later died due to his injuries.

Surveillance video from an apartment building shows David entering the building with Young and exiting on an ambulance stretcher less than an hour later.

After Davis was identified in the video assaulting David, he told police in an interview he asked his girlfriend, Young, to lure David back to the apartment. He also told police he planned to "stomp on his a**, f*** his a** up for a little bit." Davis admitted to stealing David's phone and sending videos and messages to people after the assault to "f*** with them."

Young requested an attorney after she confirmed she knew the victim.

She has been certified as an adult for the charges, and prosecutors state they are seeking an upward sentencing departure if she's convicted.

She made her initial court appearance on Monday with bail set at $750,000. Her next scheduled hearing is set for Nov. 2.
