This year Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, the most important
Jewish religious holiday, falls from sunset on October 11
nightfall on October 12, and new/dark moon is on October 2.

Since new/dark moon this lunar month was August 4, the
phase of Yom Kippur this lunar month falls from sunset
August 13, which is coming up in a little less than two
hours here, to nightfall on August 14, though of course
it is not the correct lunar month .

However I am hoping that my healing circle prescriptions
working, which is a global binding of medium to extreme
criminal (as defined by Goddess, who I define as the
ruler of the region all/everything and who many call God)
and good advice for minor criminal and better, will become
fully on during that period (this lunar month).

The binding of criminals applies to criminals on all
sides and of all religions and atheism. And note that
I have vowed to not start a new religion.

Criminality takes into account actions affecting non-human
species and the environment, not just other humans.
The average goodness level of humans globally is minor criminal.

Primary negative charisma modulation of medium to extreme
criminal is now on. However it seems that Putin has only
a little and is at the mild end of medium criminal, I think
because he is good to cetaceans, as a google of
Putin whales OR dolphins
seems to indicate. However I think his healing circle
prescription is to stop the war and unless he does that
within nine months he will miss out on the extended lifespan
benefits of the sudden magickal physical evolution.

However the primary negative charisma modulation is
based on an overall goodness measure, but there is
also secondary negative charisma modulation that
should show up if he has ill will towards someone
and/or is putting forward negative messages, and
I guess he doesn’t yet have ill will towards me, and
I have just been examining static pictures of him on
images.google.com with no message from him attached.
