vehicle within the vicinity) no viability on the part of the RESPONDENT
who was imbued by alcohol incontinence and had been coerced by another
party as breaches of other ORDERS subject to COUNTY COURT APPEAL
AP-18-0794, excepting that the matter had only survived the LOWER COURT
due to the MAGISTRATE's urging and pleading against the self apparent
deficiency of the party's cantankerous representations.

Nevertheless the residents were all so awe struck by the pedestal (ie. a
position of esteem) capacity of the JUDGE to redact all APPEAL matters
from the allocated 3 days and depart the same day, so that his stool was
not unduly tarnished by the cesspool which is the regional crime centre
of Victoria. That the RESPONDENT soon thereafter resolved those matters
of a necessary security by their usual recourse of obstruction,
delusional justifications and denial until the day they died.
