Basic Responsibilities :

Responsible for the organisation, control and administration of all
the accounting and financial activities, and also of the development/
exploitation of an integrated information system (SAP). Advises the
management of the company on the evaluation of investment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervises and coordinates the activities of all the departments,
which participate in the book keeping and books closing, so that the
activity is done according to the law and the fiscal regulations and
within the deadlines specified by the law and by the management of the
group.

· Supervises and controls the issuing of the monthly, quarter, and
annual reports for the companies.

· Supervises and coordinates the annual budgeting process and monitors
the budget implementation.

· Approves the payment of all the operational and capital expenses and
also of the payroll for the companies supervised.

· Monitors and analyses the evolution of the working capital in order
to assure the maximum liquidity.

· Determines and monitors the implementation of the policies and
procedures which have to be followed by the accounting and the
financial departments.

· Forecasts short term and long-term funds needs and obligations in
order the companies always to be dutiful regarding their payments.

· Develops professional relationships with the banks and is updated
with all evolutions in the market.

· Proposes to the Management and implements a functional
organisational scheme for the financial department in order to support
and fulfil the strategic targets of the group.

· Monitors and analyses the customers credit policy, the receivables
collection, and the supplier's payments in order to assure the
implementation of the group's policies and maximisation of the
benefits for the companies supervised.

· Supervises all payments assuring that they fulfil the payments
policy.

· Reports and analyses the operational and financial results versus
budget and submits to the management reports regarding the
differences.

· Develops and supervises the costing system so that it fulfils the
companies and the group's needs.

· Participates directly in issues regarding his department's Human
Resources management (recruitment, training, payroll, firing, etc.).
