Since June 12, 2000 we ( The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Associates; AVENGERS,OJUKWU BIAFRA AVENGERS (OBA) AND OTHER CIVIL LIBERTY FIGHTERS, MOSSAB, IPOB, OHANEZE NDI IGBO, WOMEN (SS & SE), International Human Rights, International Civil Liberty Fighters, International Endowment for Democracy, & Edu/Work Force Projects & Programs (International Litigation/Advocacy /Rep./Intervenor Chapter) have warned all Biafrans (SS &SE) to stop all street and other protests inside and outside Biafra (SS & SE) and focused on door to door mobilization of Biafrans (SS & SE) to make children, youths, men and women know the meaning of why Biafra (SE &SS) must leave the state of Nigeria and earn an affirmative autonomy.

Reason that protest has been canceled by The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and Associates on June 12, 2000 because protests cause loss of life/property, arrest, detention, imprisonment and and other unpleasant encounter with our enemies that are against our mandate. But what we saw was strong manipulation by the US, UK, Italy, oil/gas companies, France, etc. of some leaders of Biafrans (SS & SE) that are working secretly with Jonathan, Buhari, Obama, Cameron/May, oil/gas companies, France, etc. to continue the street protest leading to death, arrest, detention, charges and imprisonment of several innocent Biafrans (SS & SE).

Whether these Biafrans attend the meetings of Biafrans (SE & SS) we advised and warned you to stop all protests and other protests inside and outside Biafra (SS & SE) and focused on door to door mobilization of Biafrans (SS & SE) to make children, youths, men and women know the meaning of why Biafra (SE &SS) must leave the state of Nigeria and earn an
affirmative autonomy.

Whether these Biafrans attend the meetings of Biafrans (SE & SS) or not will not stop the emancipation or autonomy of Biafra (SS & SE) on July 3, 2017. Effective July 3, 2016 all Nigerian governors and administrators in Biafra (SS & SE) are given one week to leave Biafra (SS & SE) to apply for the citizenship of Biafra (SS & SE) OR leave Biafra (SS & SE) because if Biafra (SS & SE) arrest you will be designated as an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and be deported to the nation you claim citizenship.

MEETING STARTED AT 9.57 A.M. but other general discussions were going on before 9.57 a.m.

The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume. introduced members and representatives in-attendance at 9.58 a.m. and requested all members and representatives to identify themselves and if they are in Nigeria, they should apply some reservation because of the hostilities of Nigeria and foreign Security or DSS, Police, Army, etc.


Today we (Biafra - SS & SE) are advising all Biafrans (SE &SE) to stop street and other forms of protests to avoid contact with the hostile and angry agents of the Boko Haram and ISIS state of Nigeria that are crying in Nigeria and oversea because new Biafra (SS & SE) is LEAVING state of Nigeria. All members in attendance supported this contribution.


Representatives of the IPOB, MOSSAB, OHANEZE NDI IGBO, RADIO BIAFRA, ETC. moved to say, you can see that several leaders did not attend this meeting because they are working with Buhari, Osinbajo, USA, UK, oil/gas companies and they are receiving billions of dollars,.euro, and pounds to organize protests because is through protest they disorganize the plight for the emancipation of new Biafra (SS & SE) reason that they will arrest and detain our human resources and delay our push for the Referendum in Biafra. This supported by The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and Associates.


The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and Associated warfned that.. each time they call for protest do not go stay at home because there are no success in street protect and related action in modern and contemporary campaign and endowment for democracy and good governments. Good example, is the campaign of the autonomy of the state of Palestine which started before 1947 and the leaders continued the street protest and throwing of stone

25.a. Biafra (SS &SE) is seceding from the state of Nigeria after the release of the REFERENDUM RESULT July 3 2017 because between 1954 and present the government of Nigeria and its western allies have killed over 6.8 million Biafrans (SS & SE - over Six Million and Eight hundred thousands during and after Nigeria/Biafra war of 1967-1970) and continued to present time. About four days ago the ex-convict-wanted President MUHD Buhari said, "I led soldiers to kill over 6.5 million Igbos and I will continue to kill them"
