1. Vicious & worst racism & racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in Canada are in part exposed:

1.a. White woman that immigrated from the United Kingdom (called Ms, Fliss Cramman) of UK with bad record & several addiction cases ordered her removal by a Judge of Canadian Federal Court.

1. b.3. These are Mrs. Winifred Agimelen and her three children with some of the worst cases we have recorded in Canada but the White woman above without any threat in UK is allowed to stay in Canada because of her colour and race.

2. Above The Hon. John McCullam changed, and reversed the Order and Decision of the Judge and ordered her to REMAIN in Canada because of her White Colour and race.

3. Effective 1997 I applied to the Hon. of Minister of CIC for the amendment of the error made on my Birth day in which CIC wrote February 15, 1950 instead of February 15, 1955. Same thing was done to my children by the USA leading to his lose of education, detained, beaten, tortured and deported to Nigeria under my child’s status of STATELESSNESS and REFUGEE; thus in violation of Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, Arts 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 and Universal Declaration of Human Right (12/10/1948) Arts. 5 and 9 and UNHCR Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees (adopted 28 July 1951, entered into force 22 April 1954) 189 UNTS 137 (Refugee Convention) arts. 16, 25, 26, 36 and Convention on the Rights of the Child 2,3, 5,6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, and 22;

4. I filed Complaint with Nova Scotia Supreme Court to use my past and original records in Switzerland, Togo, France, Nigeria and Canada between August 1974 and September 2005, the corrupt Ministers and Judges of USA and Canada refused to amend my date of birth from February 15, 1950 to February 15, 1955.
