There are two possible ways to deal with sin:

- to say there is no sin

Psalm 10:4
The wicked according to the height of his face, inquireth not.
'God is not!' are all his devices. (KJV)

The wicked are too proud to seek God. They seem to think that God is dead. (NLT)

In his pride the wicked man does not seek him; in all his thoughts
there is no room for God. (NIV)

- the second way is to admit we have been born in the (original) sin, we have also
made mistakes and evil since the earliest childhood (Genesis 8:21)

In apostle John's understanding, God will forgive those who admit sin:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

One might ask: "Why should I confess sin to a sinful priest?"

1. Forgiveness doesn't come from a priest, or even the Holy Bible translator,
but from God. When on Earth, Christ (Messiah) manifested the power to take away
sins from the people that made them "bound by Satan", paralysed or leprous.

(129:4) Но у Тебя прощение, да благоговеют пред Тобою.

Psalm 130:4
But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

Relying in the forgiveness from men, and even more forgiveness bought
by more money forgiving more sins that buying forgiveness with lesser
money, had lead to apostasy causing Lutheran reformation in 1517 and
elsewhere.

Forgiveness from man is a "deal with God" or "contract with God", which
makes man exculpated from every sin i.e. "by the grace of the Lady".

What does the apostle Paul, "the apostle of freedom and grace", say?

Galatians 5:13
For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty;
only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh,
but by love serve one another. (KJV)

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters.
But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature.
Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. (NLT)

2 Peter 2:18-19 KJV
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure
through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that
were clean escaped from them who live in error. 19 While they promise
them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of
whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

RATIONALE

Note that in Job's time, the righteous Job who was the only one in his
generation who had not committed any sin, surrounded by scoundrels,
after losing all he had, including sons and daughters, being hit by
terrible scabs, and Satan only left him wife that recommended him to
curse God and die!

Yet, God speaks to Job in a whirlwind that it was very important that
Job should admit sin or he would annul God's Judgment:

Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?

As the apostles, both Peter and Paul, admitted they are sinners (Luke 5:8
and 1 Timothy 1:15), this would leave Caiphas and Anna and the Pharisees
only righteous, as they claim they fulfilled the Law to the letter by
delivering Christ (Messiah) as a false prophet to be executed.
Pharisees never confessed themselves sinners, so that John the Baptist would
baptise them, unlike the prostitutes and tax collectors (compare Mark 1:5,
Luke 7:30).

In 2 Peter 2:18-19, apostle Peter reflects on those who promote "sexual freedoms"
and "reproductive rights", "with "gender and trans rights", claiming there is no sin.
Yet, anyone who had tried any of "freedoms" knows that they are "free" only the
first time, then they bind one into a habit, slavery or addiction.

(There is for example very little people who can try heroin shots whenever they
please, but otherwise they are sober and clean.)

Now, if the believers also claim there is no sin or they are "good persons, having
never sinned", there will be no discrimination before God until the Judgment Day.

Apostle John confirms this:

1 John 1:10
If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (KJV)
If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing
that his word has no place in our hearts. (NLT)

We see Job understood that by annulling the Judgment of God, only the proud ("надмении")
would be justified - for in the present, we see only them escaping every form of justice,
being to clever ("cunning") for crime of their being proved in the court of Law.

All of the rest of us have visible mistakes, faults and blemishes.

(While people murdering millions, ten millions or billions have just followed civil
law in power, executing urgent laws adn executive orders, and/or enforcing "reproductive freedoms".)
