Acts 7:43
Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan,
figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

Acts 7:43 is the famous witnessing of Stephen the first martyr to the Jews,
and he was so direct and uncompromising that they immediately stoned him,
with Saul who guarded their clothes as a witness.

Please note that they took Saul (who later became known as the apostle Paul)
as a witness - which means they considered stoning the convert to Christ Jesus
a deed of the Law and justice. (They did not do it in hiding or covertly.)

What had Stephen said?

The Israelites started worshipping Moloch and god Remphan already in the
desert when the Tabernacle of the Meeting was established. While Molech
is detestable abomination of the Amorites, who was sacrificed children to,
with the ritual of making them pass through the fire so they would become
worthy of the demonic entity. This especially concerned male firstborns,
Molech's favourite snack.

Molech is also frequently connected with abortion by many scholars and
preachers of Christ Jesus.

Who is then go Remphan?

Scholars connect Remphan with worship of Saturn. Saturn was connected with
Saturnalia, but also family, good harvest and fertility in the Roman empire.
But the origin of Saturn worship had its equivalent in Greek Cronus, who
was also described as castrating his father Uranus with a sickle, and
devouring his own children as a consequence of father's curse.

Fear of his own children made Cronus devour them immediately after birth,
until the coming of Zeus, who liberated his siblings, defeated his father
and other Titans, and establishing the congregation of Greek gods on the
Olympus.

But there are also more modern aspects of worship of Molech and other
entities that depend on consuming life force, soul and spirit of the sheep
to procreate and give their yield - thereof all demons want to force or
lead the soul into any of mortal sins or ecess financial debts slavery
to imprison them with the fear of death.

Now, this is not only connected with communism or feudalism - in the capitalist
culture there is the song "Sixteen tons" about the miners who worked the
whole day in the mine, barely being able to buy new shovels and pick-axes
for work.

In previous meditations, there was a reference to Alan Ginsberg's poem
"Howl", which described a number of ways the nature, life force and
sexuality were destroyed at the altar of profits for the demon Alan
calls Moloch.

There is a more recent direct reference to improving the science and
technology in the way of Moloch (sacrifice of life force for the material
gains or purposes).

In the Star Trek, on the other hand, there was a rogue Federation Starfleet
captain who had discovered that his WARP drive worked more efficiently if he
made the certain alien spirit race captive in the WARP drive reactor.

While the first event of sacrificing the alien was in ship distress,
eventually the captain was persuaded to do it more often and on regular
basis, as the starship's requirement for normal operation.

However, when the Starfleet learnet about this, they exerted measures to
frustrate and stop such improvement of science and technology at the expense
of life, soul or spirit forces of the alien creatures.

As a consequence, the aliens eventually stopped attacking the Starfleet.
