I should remind you that the OFFICE of President of the United
States, murdered tens of thousands of civilians and non-combatants
in clear violation of the Hague Conventions of 1899, which ban
the killing of civilians and non-combatants, in Hiroshima and
Nagasaki in 1945.

People might claim that it is a single PERSON (Truman) and that
that person (not a legal person or set of persons or organization)
that did this. Truman has now died of natural causes. But the
OFFICE still maintains nuclear weapons designed to murder over
300 million US citizens, and perhaps 8 billion other people as
well.

Now it is reasonable that the possession of nuclear weapons might
show intent to murder civilians because that seems to be what they
were designed to do. They seem to be generally useful for killing
civilians, and it is not obvious how easily they could be used
without producing non-military civilian casualties.

The OFFICE is not unique.

The OFFICE of President of Russia, is GUILTY of the attempted
murder of over 140 million citizens of the Russian Federation.

Prime Minister of Israel.

If the other 8 billion people besides them voted: A,
I do not want to be murdered with nuclear weapons,
or B, I do want to be murdered with nuclear weapons,
how would they vote? Do the people of the world care
if they are killed or not, regardless of if that is
or is not called murder? Are the judges of the court
systems of these nations civilians? Are the OFFICES
of head of state or head of government of the nuclear
powers, GUILTY of the attempted murder of all of the
world's judges?

Should the court systems of all of the world's nuclear
powers confer with the other court systems of the
nuclear powers to come to the conclusion that murder
is wrong? If they do decide that murder is wrong,
should they not order the dismantlement of all of
the world's nuclear weapons themselves, and then
abolish any executive position that tries to interfere?

Once upon a time in the later 1700s there was a convention
in Philadelphia. It sinned by creating an office called
'President of the United States' that was different
from the office under the Articles of Confederation.
It may be that they did not conceive of it as mutating
into something hideous with an unquestioned right to
incinerate millions or billions of people at the
press of a button.

Twp of these usenet groups are physics related and
nuclear weapons might use some phenomena observed
in physics.

You do not need to defend Rush Limbaugh from being
murdered by the office of President of the United
States anymore but consider a Constitutional
amendment to keep the office from killing other
people.

Remember, if anyone were to execute any office
holder of the President of the United States to
prevent themselves or others from being murdered
with nuclear weapons then the OFFICE would transfer
to someone else.

This is wrong.

It should be abolished and the powers of the executive
branch should be transferred to legislative committees
like in Westminster systems.

Consider a constitutional amendment to do that.

The United States would have been better if the office
had never existed, and it will be better in the future
if it is abolished as quickly as possible in the present.

The OFFICE of President of the United States, the way
that it exists now, is founded upon nuclear terrorism.

It should not exist at all.

An act of nuclear terrorism formed the United Nations
at the end of WWII.

They should make up for past mistakes.

They should expel all nuclear weapons states forever.

And never allow them to rejoin until they they have
completely and totally dismantled all of their nuclear
arsenals.

Signing the Nuclear Weapons Ban Treaty of 2017 with
the reservation that they will not implement until
all other nuclear weapons states have also signed -
and also reservations concerning NNPT and reactors
if that becomes a problem is UNTHINKABLE. Why?
Because Mutual Assured Destruction is insanity.
That is if the concept of 'mental disease' and
'true ideas and good habits' is valid. Maybe
you should ask the 'forgive me I'm sick I cry'
guy to see if he is biased on that one.

The OFFICE of President of the United States
is a nuclear terrorist.

That the OFFICE is NOT GUILTY of the attempted
murder of 8 billion human beings is a double
standard.

The OFFICE of President of the United States

US Supreme Court, and the attempted murder
of 8 billion human beings.

The people of the United States should
stand with the Constitution of the United
States, the Supreme Court of the United
States, and the people of the world, and
not allow the OFFICE of President of

weapons explicitly designed for the purpose.

As for this other heckler guy, the US President
should not murder him. The heckler guy should
have the right to live. The existence of
nuclear weapons that the US president can use
based upon whim clearly shows that the heckler
guy does NOT have the right to live. Ditto
for 8 billion other people besides him.
