This is a scanner. The polygon matching, detecting simple line symmetry and symmetry line adjustment are working "pretty good", I will send you samples in ESRI Shapefile format. The scanner needs to be made sufficient for selecting interesting building footprints only. You would need plenty of CPU and memory resources. I will now make a screenrecording and post it to youtube.
