Don't know if anyone has thought of this. But if not, here is a free
idea.

What about a camera with a biological sensor?

Find somone whose DNA most closely matches the LMS standard observer.

Use that DNA to 3D print an eyeball.

The eyeball's optic nerve with have to be connected to electronics.

The connection might be accomplished by coupling the optic nerves's
neurotransmitors to electrons in some way ...
