Depends on what your rules are. If you firewall does stateful filtering
or DPI, create many connections to see if it can handle them. Use many
different protocols to test if it can handle DPI well.

You maybe can try to use many IP addresses (IPv6 makes that possible)
to see if you can create a DoS.
