First release of the rub-kunstgeschichte class which aims to implement
the guidelines on scientific writing of the art history institute
(Kunstgeschichtliches Institut) at Ruhr University Bochum.

This first version implements very little of the guidelines thus has
version number 0.1.0, but updates are expected to come soon to
fully implement the guidelines step by step.
