Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. They cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel somehow superior by attacking the messenger.

They cling to their attacks and ignore the message time and time again.

No. You have repeatedly broken terms of service and suggested that apps and
developers were doing wrong, and did so with no evidence. You are the one who
has pointed to your behavior as you do that. This has resulted in you getting
banned. It is frustrating for you, sure, but it does not mean you have gotten
closer to some deep "truth" about them... you have to face you have an issue
with repeatedly asking about apps and developers in ways that are not
appropriate.

Perhaps you think asking about THIS result is "not appropriate"?

Is that what you think?

I'm sure most folk believe that to access the ASC forums people have to
use their AppleID (So that they are identifiable to Apple).

That is NOT the case.

THAT comment of yours rather surprises me. You appear to enjoy asking
and answering questions and that BBS seems to fit that bill admirably.

Why don't you like the venue for your everyday adventures?

I went there and did not see any questions I felt needed to be answered or any
significant tech talks that pulled me in. Is there one going on you would
think I would be interested in?
>
> Why don't you like the venue for your everyday adventures?

Was not fond of the format and the content did not pull me in. What
conversations there have you found to be interesting?

The first question is: do I think I have the right to do so? If so do I think
there is the info required to do so?

ARG! My client sucks when it comes to posting things that might be seen as a

Sincerely sorry for that. It is a HUGE weakness of Usenapp.

My life is quite busy. Not looking for more things to fill it up with, esp.

I wanted “back on the site” to satisfy myself that X704 is not simply a
playground for bad guys - nowhere do I see a formal definition of why
the phbb was set up and by whom. Excluding me clearly demonstrates, to
me, that someone is hiding something! I noticed that WZZZ was
particularly acerbic even though he has membership of The Lounge on the
ASC forums. Logic tells me that by the law of averages, there MUST be
‘bad guys' operating on the ASC forums.

Unless you know different!

I believe one has right to know the REAL person who is encouraging folk
to break Apple's rules whilst, at the same time, masquerading as a top
poster in the ASC forums.

Have you, by chance, ever read this thread of mine (right to the YT clip
at the end!?

No promises but I have bookmarked it and will skim from time to time. See if
there is any question where I can be of help.

What happened before you were kicked out? Were you asking about EtreCheck and

There can be "bad guys" anywhere... but no reason to think there over other
places. We KNOW there are bad guys here -- Gremlin, Carroll / Glock, Pothead,
Skeeter, etc.

I have not. As soon as I got to the focus on ClamXAV I sorta tuned out.

I think David does have a good heart... he does not mean to be harmful as say
Pothead or Skeeter or Carroll or Gremlin do. But his focus here is not healthy
for him.

People ignore my questions about file size discrepancy, Snit.

Will you, please, ask if anyone can explain why the downloaded file from
EtreCheck is far smaller that the total files found by AppCleaner?

https://i.ibb.co/y0t7T54/Screenshot-2022-04-15-at-10-54-52.png

The reason might be as simple as the fact that the downloaded file is a
ZIP file!
