Exchanged 14 messages with Corsair's Zendesk "support". It asks me for
serial number and proof of purchase and a photo of the item, I send
them, then it asks me to resend serial number, proof of purchase, plus
a photo, I resend them, etc and etc.

40 days in all of pure frustration.

Well, either their AI is broken, someone at Zendesk is sleeping on the
job or Corsair can no longer be trusted.

Anyone else had problems with Corsair?

Article is a PSU, off topic here, but couldn't find any PSU groups,
and Corsair does make, or rather, resell drives.

I went thru something similar with a Kellogg's offer
that required a photo of the receipt.
It's an AI/bot, no humans involved.
All attempts were rejected. I gave up.

I thought Zendesk hired people ....
Though Corsair is to blame too. There is no way to contact
them other through Zendesk.
