Graphics are a little dated, must be a remake. Looks N64 era-ish.

I'm generally not a fan of kart games; they punish you for performing
well. Still, the aethetics of "Nightmare Kart" reminds me of "Quake
Kart", a third-person mod for Quake (yes, the original 1996 game),
with which I had a lot of fun playing online almost thirty years ago.

Also, it's free and it makes The Number increment by one.

Anyway, I added it my library. Thanks for the tip, Zaghadka.

Not a remake, it's brand spanking new. It's Bloodborne Kart a fan made
kart game of Bloodborne, a Dark Souls spin-off. It's just renamed and
some of the characters renamed and changed a little as Sony of course
didn't care for them using their IP. It was highly anticipated by the
Bloodborne community.

I haven't played any kart games more than a few times, they don't seem
to interest me even playing with the kids. I'm not particularly a
Bloodborne fan either, but I keep track of the community as I still want
to try the DLC and am waiting to see if it ever gets remastered/ported
to PC. As it's free, I'll check it out.
