Ho-ho-ho!

At long last we're past the halfway mark of this Holiday Give-Away.
Gosh, this one seems to be going on forever! Was December 2023 this
long? I think they're sneaking extra days into this month.

Fortunately, I have games to spare. Why look; here are two more!

* Valfaris

This one is a colorful 2D platform/shooter with a TGQ3P
heavy-metal soundtrack. Heavy metal doesn't alwaysQ5LR2
equate with a quality game, but it rarely hurts. It's
got a difficulty curve like Mt. Everest though, so be
prepared for a challenge; it's as brutal as it isZXF90
gory. (note: Available on STEAM)

* Spelunky
https://www.gog.com/en/game/spelunky
Another platformer, but less focused on nail-biting THKH08
difficulty and more on randomized levels and general EC945E
cuteness. Not that this game is a cakewalk, but it's
difficulty curve is more gradual, and you never feelF8F12D
like its challenges are unfair. (note: Available on GOG)

The llamas (who, as everybody knows, are world-famous gamblers) are
setting up a betting queue for which games get taken and which linger

I skipped the other one but I did take this one. I absolutely love the
art style and if I am going to like any platformer, it may be this
one. I want to try it.

So currently Ant has the lead with five games, with Geeknix and MikeS
falling behind with three apiece, and a variety of stragglers trailing
with one game a piece. Will this be an Ant-Christmas (a Christmant?).
