It is also available on GOG for the same (lack of) price:

I'm so far behind on my Warhammer video-games. It doesn't help that
there are so god-damned many Warhammer video games. It feels like a
new one is released every month.
But "Gladius" isn't the one I'd start with. It's base game is just a
platform for selling a shitload of DLC.

If you believe this youtube video, there are 28 Warhammer games if you
don't include mobile only warhammer games and a few mobile free to
play card games that made it to PC. -->

Oh, it's far more than just 24 games.
Here's a quick list of games that license the Warhammer franchise that
I compiled, divided by platforms. This list is sorted alphabetically
and includes games going back as far as the early 90s. I'm not
entirely sure I got them all, but it's 50+ games at least.
Note this does NOT include the hundreds of DLC, add-ons, or
compilations and re-releases (for instance, each "Dawn of War" game
had at least three stand-alone expansions, which were NOT counted as
separate games. They also had "Gold Editions", "Platinum Editions"
"Complete Collection" editions, "Game of the Year" Editions, and
"Anthology" Editions).
Release was fairly slow until the success of "Dawn of War" (2004), and
even then most of the releases were just DLC/add-ons and compilations.
But around 2015, GDW went into hyper-drive, with multiple games being
released each year.
The TL;DR is that GDW really knows how to milk its IP (and fans). But
it's getting to the point that even the most fervent follower of the
franchise is starting to get burned out. Certainly the quality of the
games hasn't been particularly good.
Then again, GDW really hasn't represented quality or value-for-money
for years, whether in its digital or table-top releases.

I don't think these games count as Warhammer games. While Games Workshop
(usually abreviated as GW) had a hand in creating them, it was primarily
a Milton Bradely game and doesn't seem to have any connection to the
Warhammer IPs.
You seem to be missing Warhammer 40,000: Darktide from the list.
I supposed you could add the Talisman games to the list, as despite the
board game originally having no connection to the Warmhammer setting,
GW did try to connect it in later editions.

Yeah, that is a lot. I only recognize very few of the games on your
entire list.

While they aren't /directly/ Warhammer, I've always felt the two games
shared enough in style and aesthetics that there was a close link.
"HeroQuest" could easily fit into the Warhammer franchise. But, yes,
you are correct, /technically/ these aren't "Warhammer" games, so if
you really want, feel free to strike from the list. ;-)
(Similarly, you could also strike "Star Crusader", which is
essentially "HeroQuest... but with Space Marines". The settings and
aesthetics are much more recognizable as WH40K, though.
>You seem to be missing Warhammer 40,000: Darktide from the list.
Quite possible. It was a rather quick-n-dirty list, intended mostly to
show that the original estimation was a bit low (and to show how
expansive GW's digital inundation has become). In fact, I probably
missed a number of games. There are A LOT of them.

I included "Warhammer 40K: Talisman - The Horus Heresy", which I
believe is one of the aforementioned links and can be intended to
stand for all the other DLC packages.
Of which, this being GW games we're talking about, I'm sure there are
dozens.
