Hmm... a cheaper low tech - alternative, without looking like a geek.

The problem with using a terminal window on a mobile phone is the size
of the thing. It's small, could do with magnification.

How about wearing bi-focal glasses with a close-up lens for the bottom?
And use voice typing.
