Certainly a good sign for Linux in general.

Where do you install it? I can't find it on the Debian repos. Also, is
it compatible with slrn?

I use the following in my .slrnrc:

set post_editor_command "fortune > ~/.config/personal/slrn/signature.rc ; vim
-f +%d '%s'"

Can't find tart in Arch's pacman. Also kind of "worried", no Arch
system upgrade to do in the last few days.

Switch to Fedora 40, KDE spin. I misses a couple of days and now it wants
to upgrade 246 packages abd install 8. I think most of the installs are
kernel 6.9.9.

It's in Ubuntu, and it writes .sig files. If slrn uses .sig files,
then it should work with it.

Nah, I prefer Arch. I used Fedora a few years ago. It was decent.
Centos was good, too (and allowed by government IT).

246 packages isn't much. A couple a minutes.

No idea if it uses sig files or not.
