I'm not sure since I didn't actually make a purchase. I imagine that a
Windows 10 purchase, if it costs less, would result in a working Windows
11 key either way. My 11 Pro license is really just a 10 Pro one.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.

It activates fine. If this were not permitted, it is up to Microsoft
itself to block this on their end.

Same with the licenses in the Latitudes and Optiplexes. Some of them are for
Windows Vista, 7, or 8, but they all work for Windows 10 or 11 as well.

M$ offers a 10 -> 11 upgrade program free on their Website. Obviously
they don't mind if you use it. I'm sure they want you to.

When 11 was released, the retail version still being offered from M$'s
site was Win10, but it didn't matter, you could use the purchased key
for either installer.

Doesn't matter, a key is a key. They were letting 7 keys install it
for a good while, that may have changed. If I'd known that, it
would've saved me $200.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
