No. This was said on a radio show, "The Morning Hustle" on March 1, 2022.
Kamala was asked to explain the *situation* in Ukraine in simple terms. She
starts by assuming people are as stupid as she is by explaining what
everyone else already knew. She said 1) Ukraine is in Europe, 2) that
Ukraine borders Russia, that 3) Russia is a bigger country and 4) that
Russia is a powerful country that 5) invaded Ukraine 6) a smaller country.

As I said before, she sounds like a kid explaining a just learned lesson to
her 4th grade teacher.

I don't think this is what the radio show host meant when he/she said
explain the SITUATION in Ukraine. But this is the sort of thing Kamala Idiot
Harris does. She definitely has trouble communicating normally with people
and tends to yammer, often repeating the same thing over and over. I'm
surprised she didn't cackle.

If she actually understood what she was talking about, then she was
insultingly patronizing. (Or maybe her Woke audience is *that* stupid and

to the audience, she was trying to communicate in a way the audience

I saw some of that She-Hulk stuff and truly wonder whether there is an
