The streaming world has been engulfed in another alleged scandal after one
of its most popular stars was accused of having an inappropriate
relationship with a child.

Ava Kris Tyson, a former co-host on the wildly popular YouTube channel
MrBeast, is alleged to have formed a relationship with the minor when they
were aged 13.

The pair were allegedly introduced after the child won an online
competition. At that time, Tyson was 20 and known to his YouTube fans as
'Chris' because he had not transitioned gender yet.

Tyson is said to have spent years communicating with the child on online
forums, which included sending 'inappropriate' messages before meeting
again when the teen turned 16.

Social media posts from Tyson have suggested that she begged artists to
draw 10-year-old anime girls and sexualized cartoon children.

The person who Tyson is accused of having an inappropriate relationship
with has publicly defended her and claimed he is not a victim.

But the scandal comes just a month after Dr Disrespect, a well-known
Twitch gamer, was blacklisted from the online community after admitting to
sending inappropriate messages to a minor.

MrBeast, who has a net worth of $700 million, is known for his extravagant
stunts and philanthropic initiatives - Tyson is also a personal friend of
the YouTube star.

The uproar on social media was triggered by a series of videos that
claimed to show Instagram posts of Tyson and the minor who had visited
them at college.

The two pictures show Tyson in 2020 with two other males, but the person
who is allegedely the minor is blurred.

The claims have suggested that the child, who goes by the name 'Lava,' met
Tyson through a fan meet up after winning a contest through MrBeast's
YouTube channel that he and Tyson started in 2012, according to Insider
Gaming.

Tyson and Lava are said to have communicated for years after and
interacted 'with suspicious and at times immoral art.'

They then co-ran a Discord channel and kept in touch on social media.

The allegations against Tyson have resurfaced many questionable tweets - a
majority showing them sexualizing cartoon children.

Tyson referred to an image of the 14-year-old character from the
Incredibles, Violet, as 'low key cute,' while other posts included
references to them wanting to be a part of sexual relations with children.

In 2016, they posted 'nothing gets my k*ob cranking like some Loli' - the
term refers to a young-looking girl character.

They also commented on a link posted on what was then Twitter that
redirected users to a pornographic comic of Caillou and his mother -
'Caillou' is a popular children's show about a four-year-old boy.

'Help, I need an adult,' Tyson commented.

Lava, who is now 20 years old, has commented on the allegations against
Tyson in a post on X.

'These videos are massive lies and twisting the truth,' he posted.

'Ava never did anything wrong and just made a few edgy jokes. I was never
exploited or taken advantage of.'

Tyson has since made their X profile private.

MrBeast was also said to have connected KEEMSTAR, who hosts the show
DramaAlert, with Lava, promoting a second statement that refuted the
allegations against Tyson.

'Lava ' I was NOT groomed by Kris Tyson,'' KEEMSTAR shared on X.

'Lava ' I did not meet Kris Tyson by myself I meet Kris & the MrBeast crew
with my family present.'

'Lava ' I ran a discord with Kris Tyson when I was 13 and edgy
inappropriate jokes were said that's it.''

However, Jake Franklin, a former member of MrBeast's channel, posted
'Jimmy knew' on X after news about Tyson broke.

MrBeast's real name is James Stephen 'Jimmy' Donaldson.

But Franklin's post was vague and cannot be confirmed in relation to the
allegations against Tyson.

MrBeast has released an official statement about the allegations.
