According to connection attempts through Forte Agent (since
Thunderbird/Betterbird does a piss poor job of providing error messages):

1) Connecting through port 119 works, but only if you disable header
compression
2) Connecting using SSL through ports 443 or 563 will fail at
negotiating an SSL connection with the server

I can't be the only guy having problems with the server.

I had problems using it with Agent, suddenly, and have used E-S. I
use BlockNews with Thunderbird as a way to see the Checkmate
crossposts.

Section 1.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
