They do: they were molested as children, were losers as adolescents, got
attracted to members of the same sex who would give them some sort of
attention and this somehow makes them stronger than us and worthy of
celebration. We've seen it before, and the world has had enough of it.
They were not heroes, they are not virtuous and they do not deserve
celebration. The only movie they deserve is Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
