Second, it's a little bit more than that. It's an interface. Its
purpose is to use libraries to display pdf documents. Nobody is using
libraries to read pdf documents: one need a reader for that and it's the
purpose of zathura.

It's not around old software, it's around old libraries. Nobody is using
directly the libraries to read pdf. One needs some efficient way to use
the libraries and that's zathura's purpose.

Xpdf and qpdfview are libraries, any advantage of zathura is obvious to
anyone who would be stupid enough to try to use them to view a pdf.

And epdfview is long dead, even before being finish. So the advantages
of a well done tool over an unfinished dead tool are obvious to anyone
except you. Just the continuous scrolling is a big advantage. I know: as
you can't read, you can't understand that argument.
