The fastest supercomputer on the face of the earth, El Capitan,
uses the TOSS operating system.

What is TOSS? It's Linux, of course:

From the desription, TOSS seems rather close to an ordinary stock
Linux distro.

Now why didn't those very smart people use Microslop Winblows?
