I am happy to report that in the few days that I have been using Fedora
41 on this laptop, I have not once faced the dreaded fTPM stuttering
bug. The Linux kernel indeed fixes the bug that, on Windows, would
require you to either:

a) Disable fTPM (and block the installation of Windows 11), which is not
possible on most laptops.
b) Buy a hardware TPM chip (possible on desktops but not laptops).
c) Update the BIOS (possible on desktops but not yet available on most
laptops).

All the developers of the Linux kernel had to do was follow Torvalds's
suggestion and disable hwrng, something that Microsoft is not likely to
do on Windows since Bitlocker seems to rely on it for encryption.

Kudos to the Linux developers!
