Fine by me to close the Fed subsidy tap and make each State become
financially self-sufficient instead of on the Federal dole. Government
will shrink to DoD, SS, Medicare and even smaller offices who set
minimum National standards for things like transportation, education,
law enforcement, environmental, etc, where each State is then 100%
responsible to pay their States expenses by taxing their own citizens.

Not so, because the Fed overhead percentage is already quite small: most
of the money on these programs is a redistribution to the States. So
when the Federal tap is turned off, the States who will feel the most

If I take your analysis as exposing something like what you are
interpreting from it, it would mean that the racist misogyny toward
Vice Pres. Harris is what cost her the votes, not that Democrats voted
for DJT. Your question about the Democratic voters is skewed toward
that being the perceived factor, in the vote totals.
