You can build your own Gray Hoverman or a dual loop with reflector. The
latter will receive stations 65-70 miles away quite well. There will
always be a few hard to receive stations but you could add a NAROD and
have a shot at picking those up. Some folks have simply added an old
fashioned 300 ohm dipole and solved reception issues. You'd need an amp
at those distances.

If you don't want to build anything, the GE antennas on Amazon work well
out to 40-50 miles. Anything after that you'll need to add the little
amp for best reception.

Both of the antennas below will receive channels from 60+ miles with
decent line of sight. They will work well in an attic but lose a few
channels. They work best outside and need grounding.
