lung cancer, or the evidence that human activity causes global warming. All

But I do get where you're coming from as the US media is awfully partisan
and polarised, plus advertising for medical products is utterly insane when
viewed as a foreigner. Whenever I visit I always find those the most
bizarre thing.

However, you have to appreciate that the science is the same the world over
and not controlled by US media.

You may see problems in the US which aren't replicated in Europe yet the
positive benefits of vaccines are the same.
