Uh huh.

"During a forum in New Hampshire in May of 2020, a moderator asked
Harris how she felt about adding as many as four seats to the Supreme
Court. The then-senator from California said she was “open to this
conversation.”

Harris also signaled a desire to place restrictions on the amount of
justices a president can appoint to the Court, and to end lifetime
appointments for justices. These reforms and others would restore the
Court’s legitimacy in the eyes of voters, she suggested."

Democrats are calling for the Supreme Court to be expanded after its
conservative majority ruled that former presidents have broad immunity
from prosecution."

You don't even know what court packing is and yet you claim Trump is
guiltiy of it.

"

The phrase itself dates to at least the late 19th century, and is a
(typically derogatory) way to describe the practice of one party or
another using a moment of political opportunity — usually a
legislative majority — to attempt to expand the size of federal
courts, especially the U.S. Supreme Court, in order to add judges and
justices they perceive as sympathetic to their broader ideology, or
specific policy goals."

Interesting that a libby is all of a sudden interested in policies being legal.
Were you singing the same tune when Biden ignored the courts to find
a method to forgive student loans?

Anyway the main policies such as:

1. Remain in Mexico
2. No catch and release in US.

As for legal challenges, remain in Mexico was ended by Biden, challenged in SCOTUS
who ruled in Biden's favor to end the policy however it was blocked by a federal judge
who ruled Biden did not have the authority to end the program.

Either way, it was working.

Instead of churning numbers, which suck BTW, why not read what the states and border
patrol think of Joe Biden and his open border.

It's a disaster that his administration, including Harris, created and are 100% responsible
for.

He's more of an American, capitalism hating treasonous human being.

Back in the dark ages when I was studying engineering, the classic example of
the numbers NOT proving the end result was the hummingbird. While this has
changed over the years do to science, back then, according to classic
engineering the hummingbird should not be able to fly yet it does.

This is hh.
He comes up with all kinds of statistics in an attempt to explain things away (economy) yet
the average person is suffering under this economy, badly.
It's like hh lives in a cocoon far from reality.

I'd love to see hh hook up with some progressive policitian and visit the local
Walmart or supermarket and attempt to explain how Biden/Harris have created
the best economy ever.

They would be tarred and feathered.

Even Biden's own campaign staff advised him to stop promoting Bidenomics because
the people were not buying it.

Hence the economy being #1 issue and the border #2.

I'd love to see hh show up at Roosavelt Ave in Queens NYC and tell the people
there how Biden/Harris is not responsible for the huge influx of trafficked women
being forced into sex slavery.
He would be lucky to escape with all of his body parts.

These armchair, stats worshiping libbys are idiots.
They can't see the forest fo the trees.

Oh, you'll find me stating "Rule of Law" many times in the archives.
Case in point, here's one from over a decade ago:

<https://groups.google.com/g/comp.os.linux.advocacy/c/6iliw4eou5o/m/0fV_yx55dWsJ>

Only comment I've made on that subject was to fact-check chrisv a year
ago: he incorrectly claim that lost interest went to taxpayers. It
doesn't: it goes to the banks servicing the loans.

Before Trump spoke up, CPB was in favor of the 2024 Bipartisan Bill.

Immigration has been a political football for longer than Biden has been
alive. And only a dishonest partisan blames the Executive Branch when
the Judicial Branch concludes that a policy is unconstitutional.

It hasn't been a political football nor a problem prior to Biden taking office
and turning that problem into at least 21 million migrants into the US which
is unprecedented.

Biden/Harris own this mess.
And when terrorists or bad actors in general start their attacks from within the US
Biden and Harris will own that coming disaster as well.
It's not a matter of if but when.
And, sadly, it will make October 7th look like a day at Disney in comparison.

Odd how if I'm capitalist-hating that some rag on me for being
supposedly the richest person here.

Bumblebee. No wonder that you didn't *pass* & graduate.

Incorrect, for what that lesson was about (& which you didn't learn) was
to understand humility - that our models have limitations. There's a
similar adage that says "“All models are wrong, but some are useful.”

False, for I've repeatedly pointed out our income inequity problem.
FYI, I'm not going to benefit from a tax cut on incomes over $360K.

> I'd love to see hh hook up with some progressive policitian and visit the local

I'd love to see you come up with a cite that says that I've ever claimed
that we're currently in "the best economy ever". What I have said is
that by objective metrics, it isn't as horrible as the GOP has claimed.

And to that end, do explain to us now just how Trump's plan to raise
taxes on 90% of Americans just to give another tax cuts to the 1% is
going to help the struggling middle class and not hurt them further?

Be specific, and don't forget that "Trickle Down" has *never* worked.
FYI, the estimate on his plan is that will cost the average household an
additional $1200/year.

> They would be tarred and feathered.

So explain to us just how Trump's plan to have Tariffs on all imports is
going to lower personal expenses? FYI, the current estimate on his plan
is that will cost every household an additional $3-4K/year.

Because human trafficking is suddenly a new thing? Think again.

Now the number of people prosecuted for human trafficking has doubled
between 2011 to 2021:

<https://bjs.ojp.gov/library/publications/human-trafficking-data-collection-activities-2023>

So lets see you show that the number of victims being trafficked has
more than doubled since 2011, because if you can't, this doubling of the
conviction rate is showing us that our law enforcement against this
problem is getting better, not worse.

Plus one can look to other countries to see how they address their
prostitution and drug issues differently, and what the pros/cons of that
are. Spend an evening in Freetown Christiania, for example...BTDT.

Let us know if you're ever going to stop making baseless claims.

Bull Shit.

Trump, 2016: "Migrant Caravans!"

> and turning that problem into at least 21 million migrants into the US which
> is unprecedented.

As I asked chrisv (which he "snipped unread" on):
just what is the problem with having these immigrants? Be specific.

And reconcile it with what I've already said, including how the The
Idaho Dairymen’s Association estimated that 89% of their state’s on-site
dairy workers are foreign-born: do you have enough of an education on
Supply & Demand to have a clue for what will happen to the availability
and price of milk if 9 out of 10 workers get deported?

Or is economics another subject you flunked, along with Engineering?

> Biden/Harris own this mess.

Of these alleged 21 million migrants, just how many of them were already
in the USA before 2021? Cite your sources.

> And when terrorists or bad actors in general start their attacks from within the US
> Biden and Harris will own that coming disaster as well.

As opposed to Russia putting bombs in Western cargo aircraft last week?

Oh but didn't you hear? Solving all wars is "easy" and will be done
within 48 hours after he assumes office ...

.... right after the Healthcare & Infrastructure plans are published from
their 2021 due dates, of course. /s

So just like I said to Skeeter:

"On prices, if the CPI goes down without a recession, I'll send you
$100: care to show your sincerity by reciprocating the upside on this
wager?"

I'm now making the same offer to you too, Pothead.

So how about it, Pothead? Do you actually believe in what you say to be
willing to put IRL money where your mouth is and offer a reciprocation?

Or will you be another coward and dodge, like Skeeter already has?

THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE HEADED HUNTZY:

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War
against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and
Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony
of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Article III, Section 3, Clause 2 states:

"The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but
no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture
except during the Life of the Person attainted."

Treason Explained
The Constitution defines treason as levying war against the United
States or giving its enemies "aid and comfort." It also specifies that
the federal government cannot secure a conviction for treason unless two
witnesses testify to the same overt act or if the person accused of
treason confesses in open court.

Clause 2 makes clear that Congress has the power to declare the
punishment for treason.
