System76 are now offering their “Thelio Astra” machine
<https://system76.com/desktops/thelio-astra>. I looked up some details on
the “Ampere Altra” processor family, and it starts at 32 cores and goes up
from there.

Of course, the difference between Linux-on-ARM and Windows-on-ARM is that
Linux-on-ARM can offer a full ARM-native development/deployment/
application stack from top to bottom, Windows cannot.
