lightly browned chorizo, a pound of Angus 80/20 in clumps. Two cans Red Gold
diced tomatoes, pintos, kidneys, blacks and cannelini beans, black pepper,
garlic powder and a knorr-swiss vegetable boullion cube. No chili seasoning.
Baked at 350 for an hour and a half. It was delicious!

Was especially tasty well garnished with sour cream or melted cubes of Colby
cheese.

Sounds excellent (though, sadly, not something that would work well with my
diet). I would modify it by using garlic infused olive oil and the greens of
green onion. Not quite the same but best I can do.
